However, the barrel should be made a tad heftier than a regular wood bat and allow it to have a +2 length-to-weight ratio.
If a batter were to train consistently with this bat (whether it be with tee work, soft toss or live pitching), they should be able to see gains in their personal strength and also an increase in their swing speed as well. If a batter wanted, they could also use this bat as a tool in the on-deck circle as they prep for their at-bats.
