Description
Axe Avenge Pro -10 USSSA Baseball Bat: L148K
Reach for Axe's newest rendition of their top of the line baseball bat: The Avenge Pro!
Bat Benefits
This version of the Axe Avenge Pro is looking to add some excitement to a bat that has already proved itself as a serious contender in the USSSA Baseball Bat space. With this edition, Axe has outfitted the two-piece & all-composite bat with a new Charged Carbon Max Composite Material. However, that new material won't be the only new thing for this bat. Axe will also be unveiling their newest rendition of their Blastwall Barrel and they are calling it the "Shieldboost". Axe's Blastwall Barrels have become integral parts of their bats as they allow for the bat to be hit on the one side intended for hitting while maintaining durability and performance.
This specific Avenge Pro is going to feature a -10 length-to-weight ratio. In addition, it will have a balanced swing feel. These features are great because the drop 10 sizing allows the bat to be used by baseball players ranging from 7 to 12 years old and the balanced swing feel will give the bat a chance to work for both contact and power hitters.
Warranty
A company that produces bats with such a unique feature as an axe handle should also hold themselves to a high standard of care when it comes to customers. Axe does exactly that by offering a twelve (12) month manufacturer’s warranty period on this bat. If you get the bat from JustBats and notice an issue on it within 1 year from when it was purchased, please let the Bat Experts at JustBats know about the situation. They will get you all the information needed to reach out to Axe and set up the warranty replacement process for this bat.

Pros: My nephew got his hands on this through a retail store and got it out to a field yesterday and was putting balls out to the warning track. Hitting balls further than he has with any other bat. He loves the feel, the pop, and the look.
Cons: We didn't have any cons other than we should have bought a second one.
Pros: Got this bat for my 8 year old son, he plays major level USSSA kid pitch. There’s lots of bats out there competing for the top spot with these kids, but this one has the biggest rake! He make more contact, swings faster and harder due to the handle. The sweet spot is HUGE! He loves it!
Cons: The price seemed high for being unfamiliar with Axe Bat, but no regrets there! Best bat ever!
Pros: I have mixed celling s on this bat . With all the hype behind it I decided to get one for my 9 year old who is about 62 pounds . He plays travel ball in Texas . First impression the bats lokks great giant barrel and tons of pop but on the down side he cracked it not even a month old maybe 50-75 swings . Sending it back
Cons: durability
Pros: Tons of pop. My 60 pound 9 year old loves this bat. Love it's feel. Definitely see him hitting a lot harder with this bat than his others.
Cons: Broke on day 1 using it in the field for batting practice. I pitched him a few buckets, and there's 3 different cracks on the opposite side of the bat than where he hits the ball. One was very large. Maybe 100 hits on day 1 and the bat broke?!?!? Come on Axe bat, fix the durability issues. That shouldn't happen. My son isn't a power hitter. He's a base hitter, small dude. The bat should never crack with him swinging it.
Pros: My son absolutely loves this bat. The sound for a composite bat is really great and the pop is unmatched. Balls are absolutely flying. Much more durable than the Demarinis and Maruccis we've had in the past too. We definitely recommend giving this a shot, coming from a parent who reads reviews before I buy anything.
Cons: First time swinging an Axe Bat so took him a full practice to get used to it but was good to go from there. The handle really has helped him out a lot which I wasn't necessarily expecting.
Pros: Best bat my son has ever swung. He can't seem to miss and the barrel is rocket hot. First Axe Bat my son has tried and i can't imagine him ever going back to a round knob.
Cons: None. Expensive, but you get your $ worth for sure.
Pros: Son and team played an entire season swinging this new Avenge Pro -10. It is the hottest bat in the market. We had swung CAT9 composite and had a few CF's on the team, but this Axe was the bat everybody seemed to decide on. Was hot from the start. You can see further distances with everybody. Very balanced and the barrel is really big. Probably put 1,000 hits on it and still going strong. The new GOAT, for sure.
Cons: Can't see anything wrong. The price is well worth it. You see the difference in how good it is.
Pros: My son loves the feel and look of this bat. Has tons of pop, no vibration. Would be a 5 star if not for durability. This is our fourth Axe bat and first time to experience an issue with durability.
Cons: Cracked within 6 weeks. Axe is honoring the warranty, but that is a one time deal. If the replacement cracks again in 6-weeks, that is 12-weeks for a $400 price tag.
Pros: The bat was great and had great feel and pop before it cracked
Cons: Very expensive for being completely unreliable
Pros: Good pop like axe handle
Cons: Nothing
Pros: I got this back for my son who was swinging a Louisville Meta. The biggest reason why we switched is because my son fell in love with the grip which has made a difference in his swing path. The bat is a beautiful bat that carries a lot of pop. The barrel and the sweet spot are second to none. I would definitely recommend this bat for any player that is making a transition from an alloy bat to composite. This bat hands-down competes with the Maruchi cat X and the DeMarini Zoa which we have both on our team.
Cons: Price tag. But once you’re able to get past that this is an excellent buy.
Pros: Tremendous pop out the wrapper. Hits NUKES!!!
Cons: Very expensive… a few people have mentioned that these bats crack, but ours has been great for the past two months.. my kid is very average size weight for 10 yr old…
Pros: Insane pop on this bat. We compared it to just about every other top bat out there and we had the highest exit velo on this and it honestly wasn't close. He was easily hitting 5+ mph harder than his Marucci. Give this bat a try, you won't be disappointed.
Cons: None yet.
Pros: Just got this bat when the sale started and my kid won't put it down. We have this and the CATX and after one session of BP my 10 year old posted his best exit velocity and longest hit on hitrax. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.
Cons: It took a bucket of balls for my son to get used to the handle but now he prefers it.
Pros: Great bat. Great ball speed off the bat. Fits in his hand nicely
Cons: Just over a month in from purchasing this bat and its broke on the handle below the 2 piece connection point.
Pros: Hot out of the wrapper, sounds like a firecracker, light swinging
Cons: can't think of any
Pros: massive barrel, my son won't but this thing down, seriously GOATed
Cons: would like another color but this color is cool
Pros: my son wanted to swing what Mookie Betts swings but the performance benefit with this huge barrel goes so much more than just a comfortable handle. he's launching balls further than ever and this thing is just so live.
Cons: none
Pros: got it for christmas and santa has never been this good to me. I've been in a few winterball tournaments in Georgia and have hit my first four home runs ever with the Avenge. I'll only be swinging axebat from now on.
Cons: swing is a bit light
Pros: My son hit his first home run with this bat , the pop is amazing , they had to find the ball in the woods . It also cracked. I would get bat insurance , Just Bats customer service is amazing . I mean I’ve never had customer service so impeccable .
Cons: Cracked first travel ball tournament , but I think it was my fault because those dented balls at the cage hurt the barrel, and my wife's grandad insisted leaving it in the sun . Atleast 5 players used it that weekend . So we are going to break it a little different. Google will definitly help you with that . We’ve bought the hybrid for Rec and the Avenge Pro for travel ball .

About the Brand

Launched by Baden Sports in 2011, the Axe line of bats was hailed as a breakthrough in bat technology by players and coaches from youth leagues to the Pros. The makers of the Axe line of bats often pose the question, "What does your traditional knob do for you?" Most players don't have a good answer. Axe engineers have created a handle that is not only more comfortable and safer in terms of hand injuries, but also helps improve the hitter's swing by keeping them on an even plane. Although Axe is new to the market, they are backed by Baden Sports, Inc., an independent, family-owned company that has been making baseball products since 1979. Their passion to create a better game is unparalleled, making it no surprise that the Axe handle is set to be baseball's next big thing.
