Pros: Hot right out of the wrapper. No vibration. Awesome trampoline effect - ball rockets off the bat. Balanced swing. Bought to replace Demarini Zen -10 that was banned by USSSA. My son loves this bat even more than the zen. Has awesome pop and balanced swing weight.
Cons: None so far.
Pros: We bought Burner Comp to replace Demarini CF Zen -10 that was banned by USSSA. Besides being the best looking bat maybe ever the enormous barrel screams confidence. This thing is super hot right out of the wrapper. Vant wait til its broken in properly! Swing feels buttery smooth, No vibration, the balance is amazing! Adidas has really found something with their Taylor Made Rocket-Ballz Technology. First swing my son looked at me like "did you just see that"!
Cons: None!
Pros: Huge barrel on par with the CF Zen by Demarini that was banned by USSSA. Hot out of the wrapper and makes a great ping sound when hit. Bought this for my son and has used it in 3 tournaments so far and several others kids on the team have tried it and love it.
Cons: Not so much a con, but the bat is white so it shows a lot of the nicks, scratches and dirt from use. Also the end cap is flat so it takes a bit of a beating when getting tossed back after a hit.
Pros: Out performs other bats in its category. Hope Adidas stays in the bat market, they have made a great product!
Cons: none
Pros: Boys (10 and 13) had Louisville slugger 917's 2 3/4 bats over the summer and went with the Burner 2 3/4 bats for both this fall ball and they loved it. Hot right out of the wrapper. Very balanced. A little heavier than the 917's but boys had no trouble with control. Great bat.
Cons: None as the boys or I can tell. Both crushing the ball and loving the bat.
Pros: My son hit really well with it in an indoor session. He said it felt good, he drove the ball well, it had good pop.
Cons: It cracked in multiple places.
Pros: Balanced feel, thats about it.
Cons: Pop is terrible. Has a nice barrel but noticed a lot of vibration. We hit 50 balls off the tee and put it back in the box to send back. It even sounds dead. Coming from using the Marucci Hex Connect, it doesn't compare. Don't waste your money.
Pros: Adidas has produced a winner. This is as good as anything on the market and a steal at this price.
Cons: None yet
Pros: My son, 10U, hits this better than his LS Prime 916 or the CF-Zen(blue one). The 1st bucket out of the wrapper, he put 16 balls on a 210 fence. His jaw was dropped and my eyebrows were raised. I was very suspicious because it was from ADIDAS but took a shot because of the 30 day money back guarantee. This bat WILL NOT be going back.
Cons: None.
Pros: The bat is amazing right out of the plastic. My son is slightly larger than most 10 year olds, and most 30/20 bats are not balanced to his liking. This was has awesome feel and looks great. All the kids on his team want to hit with it. It doesn't make quite the same sound as a metal bet, but the ball just flies off the sweet spot. We have tried hundreds of bats and this is the first one he really fell in love with right away. I know some of it is psychological, but he is definitely hitting the fence and over the fence more often.
Cons: The knob at the bottom of the bat digs into the side of you palm. It gets filthy fast. Bat is hot right away, we almost forgot the break-in period.
Pros: Great balance, gigantic barrel and sweet spot. Outperformed the Zen, Mako and Cat 6. My 10 yr old ball player is a contact hitter and has never come close to hitting the ball over the fence. He hit the top rail of a 6 ft high Centerfield fence the first weekend he used this bat in a live game.
Cons: It's still new so we don't know about durability. The only negatives so far are things moms worry about—the white grip gets dirty very quickly and the powder coat finish at the end of the barrel has started to chip.
Pros: We bought this bat because of some of the previous reviews, but specifically for the feel and balance of the bat. The barrel is large and the bat is well balanced. My son is small for 12U and needed a bat he could handle that had good pop. We have had Easton's in the past and none of them had the pop this bat seems to have. My son didn't want the bat at first because of the color, but said he loves this bat now.
Cons: My son's biggest complaint is the white color, we'll see how well it holds up during comp ball.
Pros: Fantastic Pop
Cons: None Yet
Pros: Huge Barrel, huge sweet spot, ready to hit the moment it arrives. The bat just begs to be swung balanced and fast. Looks like no other bat - especially with that red metallic shiny end cap. Great spring effect, teammates crush the ball with it too! Very few have this beast!
Cons: None, but maybe just that it gets dirty fast, but can be cleaned!
Pros: bat has huge barrel and ball flies off the bat with ease with little to no vibration. have many other bats on teams from beast to quatro and cf zens and this bat matches those as far as pop and balance.
Cons: team likes tbe white barrel and simplicity but white grip is wrong choice as color.
Pros: everything about it, great pop, very balanced, large sweet spot!
Cons: non yet
Pros: Nice feel and seems fairly durable but absolutely no pop. Dull thud when it comes off.
Cons: No pop. Not very conducive to hard hits. The composite seems to slow the ball down compared to my 11 year son's 2016 Easton XL3 Aluminum. He has gone back to that bat after using the Wilson for 4 weeks. Batting average dropped .75 points. Since going back to the Easton he has gone 3 for 4. Ball seems to fly off the Easton far better than the Wilson with no change in swing or mechanics.
Pros: Nice bat and feels light. They weren't kidding when they said this bat is hot. My son is hitting the ball further than before. Granted we have been working hard on his mechanics and that has made a difference but there is a difference when he hits with this verses he other bats. No vibration except when he has tried to hit the inside pitch and hit the barrel and not the sweet spot. Wouldn't probably say vibration but you can tell it didn't feel good. I have taken a couple of hit's and its a solid bat.
Cons: None that we can find
Pros: It's hot right out of the wrapper. I think I hit it on the sweet spot every single time.
Cons: I don't like the grip.
Pros: bat has huge barrel grip is good bat has really great pop !!! balanced but more end loaded feel pretty forgiving with not much sting we have typically used Demarini bats and still like them. however with recalls and restatement in USSSA and re-tooled bats I didnt want to go that route. This is a great bat . my son is 11 and 5'3 117 pounds. In my opinion not ready for a drop -5 and havent found -8 he liked . This is a great bat and even better bat for the price! Right in the middle between balanced and end loaded. highly recommend this bat .
Cons: takes some break-in for sure. 300-500 balls T and soft toss to really get the pop you want. Takes some getting used to on the feel compared to most balanced bats . BAT has pop and performance . I hit from time to time with all types of bats . I always like thr feel and pop myself when I hit BB to help players for Demo swing purposes .
Pros: Great Value, Great Pop right out of the box, Great Balance
Cons: None Known
Pros: Price (sale), huge barrel, pretty balanced. Good pop, weighs about an ounce over which is normal.
Cons: None as of yet. Bat is just broken in..
Pros: My very fussy 10 year old likes it a lot: Balanced feel. Cool paint job. Grip. Pop. It moved right to the top of his 'favorite bat' list. Only played one game, so far, but he's been crushing the batting cage with this bat.
Cons: None, so far. Can't speak to durability...
Pros: I've been coaching for 20 years and the only other bats I've seen with this pop are the combat B-2 bomber and the 2014 Easton Mako yb14mk which my son still has in his bat bag. I was concerned about this bat for the first 2 months because his Mako was getting further distance but over the past few weeks, he is a 10 year old hitting the fence on 12u fields. Once this bat breaks in, it is extremely Hot and there is no weak spot. Even if you hit on the end of the bat it doesn't vibrate and it still delivers great pop. Such great quality! My son won't even look at his Mako anymore and that's why I'm giving this a 5-star review. Top Shelf 5*****
Cons: Needs a break in
Pros: Just got this for my 11yr old. He loves it. Nice looking at a great price Only been in cage so far but seems to have equal to greater pop to his demarini zen.
Cons: None yet
Pros: Has as much pop as any bat my son has used
Cons: None
Pros: hot, little vibration, nice big barrel, cost. Best buy in a composite bat out there. Skeptical at first since it wasn't a well known brand but took a chance for $80 and wow! I can get 3 or 4 of these for the cost of 1 of the others and this is a hotter bat than our new zen I bought at the same time.
Cons: none so far, might get dirty easy
Pros: Lot of pop, huge sweet spot, big barrel, well designed
Cons: None
Pros: None
Cons: After carefully breaking in this bat it never had any pop. It has sat around after being replaced by a Hex connect and now a LS Prime. However, recently a very strong hitter on the team used the aeroburner in the cages and it was like he was using a USA bat. I would steer clear of this bat even if they are giving it away.
Pros: Bought this for my 12 year old son. Great weight distrubution, very light to swing. Ball jumps off the bat. So far, so good. Price was definitely right.
Cons: None
Pros: This was a replacement for a Demarini Zen Re-tooled that is now too short for him. Despite the Zen being a 31/21 and this Adidas being a 32/22, it is obvious the Zen is far heavier and the swing weight is even heftier than just holding it in your hands. Initially my son felt it was too light as he's been using a -5 bat. After using it for two weeks, he liked it more and more. This past weekend tournament he went 5-7 with 2 doubles, a home run and an intentional walk...he's now very happy with it. This does not sound like any composite bat I've ever heard...it has an aluminum sounding crash on contact. The barrel is absolutely massive and tapers to maximum size very quick. No complaints about reverb or sting, this bat is a very balanced wrecking machine.
Cons: Too light? This bat is ridiculous easy to swing even at 32" in length. The only negative I can think of is that its all white and the grip will darken permanently right away.
