Bat Benefits
Mizuno is out to deliver a straightforward design of bat that any player can use if they are approaching high school age. This Hot Metal is a one-piece, all-alloy bat that features the CorTech design on the inner barrel of the bat. This CorTech design allows for the barrel wall thickness to be adjusted along the length of the barrel of the bat. That adjusted wall thickness ensures that players don't have to connect with a baseball perfecty on the meat of the sweet spot to see results when they hit.
As mentioned earlier, this bat has a drop 5 length-to-weight ratio. At the 14U division of USSSA Baseball, a drop 5 bat is required for play and this Hot Metal should definitely be one of the drop 5 bats you are considering!
Warranty
Mizuno strives to be a stand-up company and because of that, they cover this bat with a full twelve (12) month manufacturer’s warranty period.
