Bat Benefits
This two-piece, all-composite bat will be built specifically for USSSA play and will have the new USSSA slow pitch stamp that states it is "NTS Tested" and meant for "Slow Pitch Only" (it will also bear ISA and NSA stamps). The barrel length will be super long at 14 inches and the multi-layered strengthened composite allows the bat to perform extremely well and be durable.
Lastly, this could be an excellent bat to consider if you are a power hitter who enjoys the 1/2 ounce end loaded bats. As well, if you are one who has been using balanced bats, but wants to try out a bat with a little bit of an end load, this would be a good model with which to start.
Warranty
Anderson has a twelve (12) month manufacturers warranty period that extends from the purchase date. If you have an issue with the bat within 12 months of the purchase date, the bat can be sent to Anderson for a replacement at no additional cost. About the Brand
A High-Tech Engineer, a Sales Manager for a chemical company, and a Professional Yacht Racer with a background in mechanical engineering are not likely to have much in common. But they did, and still do. You guessed it…SOFTBALL.
Our passion for “Diamond” sports goes back many years, but it was about 10 years ago that we started manufacturing and private labeling our bats for other companies. In 1999, Steven Anderson designed a new multi-wall high-performance bat that featured our patented “Power Arch” technology. After thorough testing, it was ready for the company that we designed it for, but they were going through a transition period and were not ready to move on it.
Here was the bummer, our team was counting on using these bats in a big tournament that was just a month away and we could not put their graphics on the bats until the deal between the two of us was inked.
Steven offered a solution … they are already certified by the governing bodies so why don’t we put our own graphics on them and use them in the tourney. What a great idea and that is exactly what we did.
I was driving to the plant the next morning wearing my championship “T” shirt and had no idea that when I arrived at 6:30 am that the message machine would be filled and the phones would be ringing. The messages and the calls were all basically the same … “How do I get my hands on one of those new Anderson Techwraps”?
That is how it started, and since then we have released the FlexTech, FastTech, RocketTech, TechZilla, Pyrotech, and we are not done.
