Not worth your time... Going to have to find a different bat. Coach

Pros: Gook while it lasted.

Cons: My Daughter broke her F19 after 7 months of play. Mizuno sent the F20 as a replacement. She broke it after 5 weeks. Bat may be good for something but not 12U fastpitch.

Pros: Distinct sound. She loves that sound. She loves the balance and really likes the swing. The color is great. It has a lot of pop for her.

Cons: Distinct sound. If you don't like that sound, not for you. chips easy and grip is okay out of the wrapper. Sounds like it is broken but isn't.

Nice bat Greg Rickards Parent

Pros: I initially got this for my daughter simply because it matched her team colors. She got great power and drive off it, whether going deep to the outfield or slicing through the infield. She powered 2 dingers over 200 ft fences in 14U, along with a few inside the park HR's and several multi bag hits the past 2 years with it.

Cons: It recently met its demise after dozens of practice and tournaments.

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

Does this bat need to be pre-hit or broken-in? Nick
Since this Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat (F20-PWR CRBN0) features a composite material barrel, I would recommend allowing for at least a few days of use before expecting to see top performance from the bat. On day 1, it wouldn't be a bad plan to start use with the tee, then move to soft toss and then go to live pitching (as well, it will be good to rotate after each swing on day 1 of use).
Ben
ASA stamp notes indicate it's legal in ASA but the bat only shows ISA and USSSA. Pretty sure a high school umpire may have an issue with that. William L
The Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0 features the ASA stamp on the handle, just below the connection point.
Cameron
My daughter is 5'3" and 125 lbs. She swings a smearing Vendetta VCF-17 31 inch. 19 oz, would the Mizuno F20 CRBN-10 be a good bat for her and what length do you recommend? Andre Carriere
Per your daughter's height and weight, we would recommend getting the Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0 in a 32 inch model. This would be a good size for a teenage player or older.
Cameron
Would this bat be good for a slipper? Gerry
Yes, the Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0 would work well for a slapper hitter.
Cameron
Would this bat be considered balanced or end loaded? Brian
The Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0 would be considered a balanced bat.
Cameron
We’ve had this bat for a couple months, used it for about five tournaments and it seems to have developed a ping sound at the end of the barrel. Wondering if this is normal or maybe another factor. Frank Powell
It would be hard to say whether or not your Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0 is defective. Would defer to your opinion on that and would base it off of whether or not the bat seems to have lost some of its performance. Generally speaking, composite bats, like your Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0, will crack and that is when your bat would ultimately become "defective."
Cameron
There are some bad reviews for this bat, do you think that they just didn’t break the bat in the correct way? RT
We are not heard of anything that would lend us to believe that the Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0 is less durable than other models on the market.
Cameron
Is it legal for high school use ? Chuck brown
Yes, the Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0 is legal for high school play.
Lauren
We read all the reviews. Very confusing regarding the pop and quality of the bat. 50% say they would never buy again. The bat has no pop and cracked . The other half have said it's the best bat ever with lots of pop. My daughter is 14, going into high school fastpitch softball. Edward
The Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0 seems to have more positive feedback than negative but it is certainly subjective.
Cameron
Please send me a picture of where the ASA stamp is on this bat, we cannot find it! Ruth
The ASA stamp on the Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0 is located on the handle, above the grip tape and below the connection point.
Cameron
Is there a certain temp that you can not use it when it's cold? Cody naquin
There are no temperature restrictions when hitting with the Mizuno F20 PWR CRBN -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: F20-PWR CRBN0. With that being said, any bat, regardless of whether it has an alloy or composite barrel, is best served at temperatures above 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
