DeMarini CF -10 USSSA Baseball Bat: WTDXCBZ20
Enter the baseball season with confidence and strength while swinging this new DeMarini CF ZEN bat. This USSSA baseball bat comes with the historical quality expected from DeMarini and updated with the latest technology in the bat handle, barrel, and end cap. With a large sweet spot, a weight that allows for maximum bat speed, and new alloy construction in the barrel, this bat is sure to give any deceptive, clever utility hitter the ability to send that average skyward.
Bat Benefits
Keep that defense on its toes all season with this USSSA baseball bat. The new Paraflex Plus Composite barrel is the most advanced alloy material and gives the ball a sweet, muscular pop, regardless of what the pitcher's throwing. Hitters can feel confident knowing the re-engineered 3-Fusion Connection technology in the handle transfers the vast majority of kinetic energy right to the massive sweet spot on the barrel and away from the hands. Also, with a -10 drop weight, this bat is lighting fast, allowing talented ballplayers the opportunity to get around on high-velocity heaters, or hit to the opposite field in the last moment. But given the right pitch, this USSSA bat can also drive for power, particularly since it is equipped with the new DeMarini ReACTION end cap. This latest technology gives further rigidity to the Paraflex barrel, ensuring that energy off the bat is powered through the ball.
Warranty
Gain peace of mind knowing that DeMarini offers a limited, one-year warranty on its entire non-wood bat line in. Order your own today and enjoy fast, free shipping from JustBats.com.

Pros: Incredible hot bats, sweet look, all around good product. Want to comment that I bought the 2019 model, it broke under warranty and the customer service DeMarini provided was very impressive. They sent me the upgraded 2020 model with no hassle and my son is very excited to use it for fall ball. Highly recommend Demarini bats. A sold company.
Cons: Want to warn customers if they are looking to purchase this bat for a 12 or 13 year old, the drop 10's are very fragile. If your kid is strong and hits the ball hard, this bat might not last for the money your dropping. I also don't recommend sharing between teammates to minimize the swings, you only get so many out of the -10, but the ones you get are impressive. DeMarini backed the product under warranty if you take the chance with the older boys using a -10.
Pros: Best pop on the market and 2019 and 2020 are back to being best in the drop 10 space. If you want the hottest bat on the market this is it. My son was 9u in spring and now has moved up to 10u for fall. He has used 2017 retooled, 2019, 2019 black, and now this 2020.
Cons: Durability is always an issue when DeMarini is building these bats to the highest performance standards. Buy this bat NEW with a warranty. DeMarini is great to work with, but you may have to wait a few weeks on the return, but atleast you have that option if it breaks
Pros: Great feel
Cons: Breakable
Pros: I just upgraded my son to the CF 2020 29/19 about a month ago. Once I received the bat I decided to weigh it to get a better idea of it's true weight. I used my digital scale that I typically use for my bats and it came in at 18.8 oz with a factory grip. I used that same scale on his 2019 CF 28/18 (with an upgraded lizard skin) when I first purchased it and it too came it at 18.8 oz. I'm not sure why that's the case but my son hasn't missed a beat with the new bat and it's extremely hot right out of the wrapper.
Cons: I don't have any at the moment
Pros: If your kid hits the ball solid this is the bat for him. Definitely has more pop on solid hits. We switched from the marruci hex witch we really liked also but this one definitely has more pop. Three teammates have switched to this bat since my son started using it.
Cons: None really just took a couple of weeks for son to get use to the look and feel.
Pros: Just like any other Zen, has incredible balance, feel and pop
Cons: Bought the 2019 at the end of May, it cracked in 12 games. Got the warranty replacement, played 6 games and 1 BP session with it, and it cracked in the same place. Now we are stuck and can’t get another replacement. Will not be buying Demarini anymore, it’s a shame they can’t figure this out.
Pros: Lightweight. Son is 11 and bat has great pop, less vibration
Cons: Bat cracked after 3 tournaments. Son had an older demarin which cracked after about 11 months. We were able to exchange it and we got this newer model that was awesome for 3 tournaments. It cracked . And we couldn’t exchange it since we had already exchanged the first one. Great bat but since we couldn’t exchange we are going elsewhere and possibly different brand
Pros: The bat has nice pop to it, easy to handle.
Cons: Not recommended for use with 11/12 year old big hitters. I got this bat as a replacement for the older CF (which also cracked) in September. It was used in 2 tournaments and cracked on September 27. I do not recommend this bat for travel ball. Also I will not be buying another Demarini as this is the second model to crack/break.
Pros: Just the good ole Zen you know and love. Great, consistent bat.
Cons: 0
Pros: Very Hot, my 9 year old loved it for the 2 months he was able to use it.
Cons: Just like everyone else said, it didnt last. Bought this bat August 3 2019, noticed cracks on October 23 2019. Now I'm in the process of filing a warranty claim. 2 months of use for a $375 bat just isnt feasible on my income.
Pros: 11 year son swings the 30” 20 oz bat and he loves it so far. 0 vibration Ridiculous pop Warranty seems legit
Cons: None so far. Previous reviews mention durability which is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars. We can’t speak to that yet since we just got the bat 3 months ago
Pros: Pop right out of the wrapper. This one lasted 5 months!
Cons: None, we know they are going to crack.
Pros: Great pop My son loves this bat
Cons: Broken in less than a months time Demarini customer service
Pros: Great feel
Cons: Price
Pros: This bat has good pop, and my son absoutly love the bat.
Cons: This was a replacement bat for one that my son cracked in Feb. Hes a 12yr old who hits with some pop. It didn't even last his entire comp. Season, so far we've only played roughly 20 games. Will not buy another composite bat again. They just cant handle the puniahment.
Pros: Light weight.
Cons: None so far. Only had about a month but all good.
Pros: Great pop out of rapper!!
Cons: Bat broke before we played a game. Hope replacment holds up better.
Pros: Great Bat, easy to break in. My player tried to use a Combat bat but it is well balanced and it is not similar to a wooden bat and this can be a problem in the future. Do your research because every player is different.
Cons: Do not throw the bat because the handle can break from his attachment and it will become a dead bat, the tape is low quality / durability for the bat price
Pros: This bat has some awesome pop right out of the wrapper. My oldest son hit a 3 run homer the next day after getting this bat. My middle son also has one and he does well with his as well. No vibration and has a balanced swing.
Cons: I’ve heard of durability issues, time will tell on that part but as of right we have none.
Pros: Big sweet spot Great feel
Cons: It could crack or bust anytime after 500 hits.
Pros: Bat had a ton of pop out of the wrapper. Added probably 50 ft to my sons hits.
Cons: Haven’t had any yet!

About the Brand
In 1992, DeMarini Sports had something to celebrate. The three-year-old company had climbed a rung on the proverbial ladder of success, moving its world headquarters from a dirt-floored barn to a slightly larger metal shack. "It was a big move for us," recalled Ray DeMarini from the batting cage of DeMarini Sport’s present-day Bat Industrial Complex. "The new shop was larger, more storm resistant, and -best of all- it had a heater."
In the early days, DeMarini Sports hardly made a blip on the radar screen of softball. With no retailers and virtually no advertising budget, DeMarini grew steadily by selling high-performance bats directly to customers. While established companies made "juiced" bats for the pros and ordinary bats for the public, DeMarini focused on making one line of high-performance bats for pros and amateurs alike. This approach, combined with a passion for the sport, led to the greatest innovation in softball history - the world’s first multi-wall bat: the DeMarini Doublewall.
Released in 1993, the DeMarini Doublewall was the world’s first multi-wall bat. Like a modern golf driver or oversized tennis racket, the Doublewall had a giant "sweetspot," which allowed average players to hit like pros. DeMarini’s sales exploded, and before long opposing bat manufacturers to notice. DeMarini - a homegrown company led by a softball fanatic - had shaken the establishment silly.
To understand the rise of the DeMarini Dynasty, you need to know Ray DeMarini. A cult hero among avid players, Ray DeMarini emerged on the professional softball scene at the age of 40, a veritable geriatric among younger players. With a scientific approach to training, a batting speed of 96 miles-per-hour and a bombastic attitude, DeMarini fast earned a reputation as a savage competitor.
In June of 1987, ESPN launched a nationwide search for a hardcore player to advise on a series of instructional softball videos. When approached by producer Erich Lytle, the biggest boys in softball repeatedly spoke of a five-foot-seven softball giant—Ray DeMarini. DeMarini had mastered reflex hitting, a technique that drops the ball squarely between the infield and outfield. Impressed with DeMarini's knowledge and scientific approach to training, Lytle not only hired Ray as an advisor—he hired him as the host. Together, they produced Ray DeMarini's Reflex Hitting System, ESPN's most successful home video to date.
Having garnered national recognition through ESPN, Ray turned his efforts toward designing a high-performance bat for the masses. To accomplish this, he needed an engineer. "Not just an engineer," he said, "but a boot-strapping rocket scientist who could build an empire with pocket change." Ray's call was answered by Mike Eggiman. Having grown up on a farm, Eggiman was adept at making the most of a situation. Case in point: the company's first piece of automated bat-making equipment had the heart of an abandoned washing machine.
With Eggiman as Chief Engineer, DeMarini Sports delivered a series of industry firsts: the first multi-wall bat (Doublewall Distance), the first high-performance bat for massive players (Fatboy) and the first high-performance youth bat (Black Coyote).
In 2000, DeMarini joined forces with Wilson Sporting Goods to develop the next generation of hitting technology. Ray believed it was a perfect fit, as both companies shared a vision of developing game-enhancing equipment for avid players. What’s more, the companies had complimentary products: Wilson was the leader in gloves, balls and protective gear, while DeMarini made the world’s finest bats. According to Chris Considine, Vice President/General Manager of Wilson Sporting Goods: "The thing that struck me most about DeMarini was their passion for sports and their true competitiveness.
Within a year, DeMarini unveiled the industry’s first concept bat, the $35,000 F1. Secured under lock and key at the DeMarini Bat Industrial Complex in Hillsboro, Oregon, the F1 served as a technological storehouse for future products, including DeMarini’s landmark Half & Half system.
In December 2001, 12 years after the genesis of DeMarini Sports, Ray DeMarini died of cancer in his Northwest Portland home. He was 55. The next summer, the Portland Metro Softball Association paid homage to the “King of Softball” with the dedication of Ray DeMarini Field. Formerly known as Delta #1, the field was DeMarini’s favorite place to test bats during the early days of business. Ray DeMarini—bat maker and player extraordinaire—was remembered for his high-performance softball bats and unwavering encouragement of everyday players. Today, a 40-foot sign announcing RAY DEMARINI FIELD graces the outfield, and an interpretive display chronicling Ray’s life greets players as they register for games.
More "Insane Dedication to Performance" is in store for tomorrow.
