Bbcor Eazy Player
Pros: This Bat makes it feel like a -5.If you ever hit with hit you will know it feels like the ball goes in the barrel and has a explosive takeoff from the barrel. It is so light way better than any bat on the market and possibly a run for best bat of all time.It goes neck and neck with the cf8.
Cons: Takes A bit to break in.Sounds like wood at start then goes to that sweet demarini ping
Best Composite on the market Shawn Parent
Pros: Great pop out the wrapper and the new handle does a super job of giving feedback so the hitter knows just where they hit the ball. Think this bat is hotter out the box than last years model even when properly broken in.
Cons: Nothing yet.
Best BBCOR bat ever made * Player
Pros: This bat has insane pop, straight out of the wrapper this bat is the hottest bat on the market. The paraflex plus composite is a HUGE bonus to the player. Strongly recommend this bat to any player. Has more pop than the meta prime, 919 prime, cat 8 and any other bat on the market.
Cons: None. It is insane.
the best bat i have ever owned casemonroe12 Player
Pros: i have hit the ball on every part of the bat and almost every part has pop it is very durable cause at first I thought that it might brake cause of the three peice but i hit it on the middle part all of the time
Cons: I don't have any cons
Amazing Bat So Far Kole Player
Pros: Had lots of pop out of the gate and doesn't take long to break the bat in. The feel of the bat whenever I swing it feels good and after a while feels just as light as a -5
Cons: Vibrates whenever you hit too far on the end or near the fusion piece, haven't determined if this is because of the bat or the cold weather
Crazy pop Drew Player
Pros: Crazy amount of pop once broken in.Super balanced feel of the bat. No sting on Mis-hits. You can never go wrong with DeMarini.
Cons: Needs time to break in
OMG. Confidence booster Peter Roth Parent
Pros: This bat feels great and kills the ball. Sweet spot is huge. the confidence this bat gives you is as I would say hit the ball to the Moon. Grip and feel is like your hitting tomatoes. Great bat. Great feel. Confidence booster. Son went from lead off to 4th batter. Hint hint.
Cons: None

Absolutely amazing Nathan Player
Pros: I was debating about many different bats to get for my first bbcor. I went to our local sports store to swing a few. First swing this bat felt amazing, it is perfectly balanced and is full of pop. There is no vibration no matter where you hit it.
Cons: None
Demarini Lawrence Lara Player
Pros: Has lots of pop out the Wrapper just got it. Super Balanced, I switched from the Cat 8.
Cons: The grip makes it feel kinda weird and not a lot of grip.
Be careful with Demarini!! Tal Swails Coach
Pros: Good bats while they last. Good pop with nice feel.
Cons: High failure rate and replacement policy WILL come into question. I certainly will not recommend this product to any of my players going forward.
“Balanced” Aidan Hernandez Player
Pros: Nothing this bat is barrel heavy when it was supposed to be balanced. Compared to the velo this is nowhere near as balanced as the other bat.
Cons: Bat snapped I’m half Not balance Regret not going with the velo
SAVE YOUR MONEY Dave Coach
Pros: Great pop on first bats purchased. Ball flies off the bat, but both original and the replacement bat broke before end of spring season. Replacement bats had less pop too, not sure why.
Cons: Bought this BBCOR insane for my HS player and a CF Zen for my youth player. BOTH bats cracked on HRs. Both replaced by DiMarini, BOTH cracked gain!!! About $850 of bat X2 and neither could make it through 1 season! Move on
Great bat Greg Parent
Pros: Super hot
Cons: Price
Hoping it warms up Mike Coach
Pros: Good weight balance
Cons: Not very hot (yet hopefully)
Love this bat Joe Garland Parent
Pros: Great pop out of the box! Great feel! My son loves this bat!
Cons: None yet
Great bat but a little pricey Peter Dyer Parent
Pros: Bat has great balance and feel. I bought the bat for my son but I also tried it out so I could understand why this bat is so much more expensive than other bats. It didn't feel as heavy as other drop -3 bats to me and my guess is that it is well balance so it is easier to swing. I was deciding between this bat and the Meta Prime. I am a fan of the De Marini brand and this bat doesn't disappoint. I hit many shots up the middle that just kept travelling up. There were no bloops unless of course I missed under the ball and popped it up. So far, this is a great bat and look forward to seeing my son hit with it this season.
Cons: The price is high but as long as it last until my son's Sophomore season in High School, I will happy.
Demarini Alex G Player
Pros: Didn’t have any for me
Cons: I bought the 400 dollar bat and it felt so dead this year I was so excited but it never really had pop and I was super disappointed and all my teammates also said it was dead I’m a hs player, and it didn’t really have a sweet spot it didn’t feel food swinging it

About the Brand
In 1992, DeMarini Sports had something to celebrate. The three-year-old company had climbed a rung on the proverbial ladder of success, moving its world headquarters from a dirt-floored barn to a slightly larger metal shack. "It was a big move for us," recalled Ray DeMarini from the batting cage of DeMarini Sport’s present-day Bat Industrial Complex. "The new shop was larger, more storm resistant, and -best of all- it had a heater."
In the early days, DeMarini Sports hardly made a blip on the radar screen of softball. With no retailers and virtually no advertising budget, DeMarini grew steadily by selling high-performance bats directly to customers. While established companies made "juiced" bats for the pros and ordinary bats for the public, DeMarini focused on making one line of high-performance bats for pros and amateurs alike. This approach, combined with a passion for the sport, led to the greatest innovation in softball history - the world’s first multi-wall bat: the DeMarini Doublewall.
Released in 1993, the DeMarini Doublewall was the world’s first multi-wall bat. Like a modern golf driver or oversized tennis racket, the Doublewall had a giant "sweetspot," which allowed average players to hit like pros. DeMarini’s sales exploded, and before long opposing bat manufacturers to notice. DeMarini - a homegrown company led by a softball fanatic - had shaken the establishment silly.
To understand the rise of the DeMarini Dynasty, you need to know Ray DeMarini. A cult hero among avid players, Ray DeMarini emerged on the professional softball scene at the age of 40, a veritable geriatric among younger players. With a scientific approach to training, a batting speed of 96 miles-per-hour and a bombastic attitude, DeMarini fast earned a reputation as a savage competitor.
In June of 1987, ESPN launched a nationwide search for a hardcore player to advise on a series of instructional softball videos. When approached by producer Erich Lytle, the biggest boys in softball repeatedly spoke of a five-foot-seven softball giant—Ray DeMarini. DeMarini had mastered reflex hitting, a technique that drops the ball squarely between the infield and outfield. Impressed with DeMarini's knowledge and scientific approach to training, Lytle not only hired Ray as an advisor—he hired him as the host. Together, they produced Ray DeMarini's Reflex Hitting System, ESPN's most successful home video to date.
Having garnered national recognition through ESPN, Ray turned his efforts toward designing a high-performance bat for the masses. To accomplish this, he needed an engineer. "Not just an engineer," he said, "but a boot-strapping rocket scientist who could build an empire with pocket change." Ray's call was answered by Mike Eggiman. Having grown up on a farm, Eggiman was adept at making the most of a situation. Case in point: the company's first piece of automated bat-making equipment had the heart of an abandoned washing machine.
With Eggiman as Chief Engineer, DeMarini Sports delivered a series of industry firsts: the first multi-wall bat (Doublewall Distance), the first high-performance bat for massive players (Fatboy) and the first high-performance youth bat (Black Coyote).
In 2000, DeMarini joined forces with Wilson Sporting Goods to develop the next generation of hitting technology. Ray believed it was a perfect fit, as both companies shared a vision of developing game-enhancing equipment for avid players. What’s more, the companies had complimentary products: Wilson was the leader in gloves, balls and protective gear, while DeMarini made the world’s finest bats. According to Chris Considine, Vice President/General Manager of Wilson Sporting Goods: "The thing that struck me most about DeMarini was their passion for sports and their true competitiveness.
Within a year, DeMarini unveiled the industry’s first concept bat, the $35,000 F1. Secured under lock and key at the DeMarini Bat Industrial Complex in Hillsboro, Oregon, the F1 served as a technological storehouse for future products, including DeMarini’s landmark Half & Half system.
In December 2001, 12 years after the genesis of DeMarini Sports, Ray DeMarini died of cancer in his Northwest Portland home. He was 55. The next summer, the Portland Metro Softball Association paid homage to the “King of Softball” with the dedication of Ray DeMarini Field. Formerly known as Delta #1, the field was DeMarini’s favorite place to test bats during the early days of business. Ray DeMarini—bat maker and player extraordinaire—was remembered for his high-performance softball bats and unwavering encouragement of everyday players. Today, a 40-foot sign announcing RAY DEMARINI FIELD graces the outfield, and an interpretive display chronicling Ray’s life greets players as they register for games.
More "Insane Dedication to Performance" is in store for tomorrow.
