When is 33'' going to be back in stock?
Unfortunately, it appears that we will not be getting anymore of the 33'' 2018 Easton Beast X Loaded BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB18BXL in stock.
I'm asking for your opinion if I should get this bat or Rawlings Trio or the Easton Z-Core Hybrid because I swing a 33/30 for power and I can't choose.
The 2018 Easton Beast X Loaded BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB18BXL and the Rawlings Trio are very similar alloy models with end-loaded swing weight designs. The Trio will have a composite end cap which may make it more balanced. When you talk about performance it is hard to say if one will give you a significant edge. Thus it all comes down to which one you feel is better suited to your game as there is not much in the way of reviews for either model to help make an informed decision.
I'm a 6’2 freshman and I can hit 350 feet off a tee and use a slightly end-loaded bat. Would more weight to the end help me hit the ball farther?
An end-loaded bat like the 2018 Easton Beast X Loaded BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB18BXL can help generate more barrel whip through the zone which can help lead to more power or distance on balls put in play. With that said, a hitter's bat speed will ultimately determine how far the ball will travel. To increase distance a player would need to improve their bat speed.
My son is 6'2" and 235 lbs, high school senior. He hits for power and contact (.570 BA & 12 HRs last season). He currently hits a 34" Easton X1 (orange 2-pc). Would you recommend the Easton Beast X Loaded or the Easton Beast X Speed?
I would probably recommend the Easton Beast X Loaded for your son. If you can handle the end-loaded feel then it should provide more power since you have a bit more mass at the point of contact.
I'm a power hitter and I'm 5'11", 160 lbs and I bench 175 pounds. I'm use to end loaded bats, so I was wondering if I need the Easton Beast X loaded? I see the Easton Beast X speed has better reviews than the Loaded Easton Beast X. Which bat should I get then?
Considering, that you are a power hitter than is accustomed to swinging end loaded bats, I would recommend you go with the 2018 Easton Beast X Loaded BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB18BXL. The X Speed is a very balanced option and is better suited for a contact hitter.
Would you recommend the beast x speed or the beast x loaded?
The 2018 Easton Beast X Loaded BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB18BXL features an end-loaded swing weight so a portion of their weight focused towards the end of the barrel and are geared more towards your power hitters looking to hit for the fence. My son is currently been using an XL1 drop 5 orange and loves it. What BBCOR bat should I get him that compares to his current bat?
There is not a bat currently on the market from Easton that will compare to the older XL1 that was being made. The 2018 Easton Beast X Loaded BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB18BXL will give a player the same end-loaded swing weight design but it does not feature the two-piece composite construction as it is a one-piece alloy bat. The 2016 Easton MAKO XL BBCOR Baseball Bat: BB16MKL was the last year Easton manufactured a two-piece composite bat with an end-loaded weight distribution.
How does it stack up against the Ghost? Does composite go further?
The main differences between the 2018 Easton Beast X Loaded BBCOR Baseball Bat (BB18BXL) and the 2018 Easton Ghost X BBCOR Baseball Bat (BB18GX) are that the Beast is one-piece all aluminum alloy with an end-loaded swing designed to better suit power hitters, while the Ghost is a two-piece composite bat with a balanced swing design. Neither alloy nor composite stands above the other in terms of distance provided on similarly hit balls.
