Pros: Great value. My son hit his first homer the second weekend tourney after the purchase. He was having issues with stinging his hands from a composite bat he was using prior to this purchase. He wanted a Cat 7 but financially it wasn't in the cards.

Pros: nice bat at a good price, first time I heard my son hit with it Inhad flashbacks to my own childhood. the distinctive metal ding sounded awesome and it has a good balance and nice pop. So far it has only been used indoors but he has hit some lasers off it. once we get outside I will update but it seems to have good pop and solid construction.

Pros: my son was struggling having good at bat lately and after he received this bat he got his confidence again and he is hitting bombs. this bat drives the ball far and with the big barrel you can have a good at bat 90% of the time. my son is happy and I'm too for him.

Pros: So far do good, my 9 year old is pretty happy with it and its been popular on his travel team. Good pop, nice swinging bat. Heard it would ringg your hands on miss hits but haven't experienced that. Seems well built, I don't see durability being an issue.

Pros: Bought my son a 28/18 as a U9. He swung with it every day so it had a ton of hits and never really lost any pop. He loved it and wanted another the F5 as a U10. Only reason I bought a new one is because he needed to jump to a 29in. He will be using the 29in as a u11 this season as well. Great pop. Well balanced so he explodes through the zone. He’ll be ready for a 30in some time this u11 season so the F5 is what we will stick with.

The 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) is not going to feature the new USA stamp. The bats featuring the new USA stamp will not come out until September. Not all of the 2018 models will feature the USA stamp.

This 2018 Marucci F5 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBF5X10) and the 2018 Marucci Hex Alloy 2 -10 Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBHA2X10) both come with a 2 3/4" barrel diameter, -10 length-to-weight ratio and USSSA 1.15 BPF certification. As well, both bats are one-piece, all-aluminum in their design. The difference between the two bats is going to be the specific alloy material used on the bats. This F5 features the AZ4X aluminum alloy on it while the Hex Alloy 2 features AZ105 Alloy. The AZ105 Alloy allows for thinner barrel walls & better performance without sacrificing durability. The special alloy used on the Hex Alloy 2 will be the cause for the higher price on that model of bat.
