2014 COMBAT Wanted Lineup

For 2014, COMBAT has decided to revamp its entire lineup of their popular Wanted bats! True to COMBAT’s style, the entire Wanted Series are fully composite bats that feature a two-piece design. Here are a few key features from the upcoming line:

Handle Isolated Technology
Each bat also features COMBAT’s Handle Isolation Technology (HIT), which uses polymeric visco-elastic dampeners to isolate the bat’s ultra-light handle from the high-performance double-wall barrel. The visco-elastic material stiffens under pressure, making the barrel extremely responsive - all the while absorbing vibration feedback. That vibration is effectively eliminated by the time it would reach your hands, giving the Wanted a soft, dampened feel without compromising performance.

Anisotropic Composite Technology
Known to COMBAT as ACT, their composite technology reduces vibration and sting by varying the stiffness and strengths along the bat’s handle. The same technology is applied to the barrel as well, resulting in a softer feel and an overall improved bat performance.

Blended Fiber Technology
COMBAT’s patented Blended Fiber Technology (BFT) blends several different types of fiber in their own composite materials at varying angles. This fiber blending results in an increase in durability, vibration absorption, and maximum bat performance.

Seamless Construction
The Wanted’s Seamless Construction (SC) refers to thousands of continuous strands of fiber which run through the entire length of the bat. Due to the construction being seamless, there are no cuts, splices, or “weak spots” in the bat’s construction.
