This 2017 Easton Stealth Flex -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat (FP17SF10) will differ from the Stealth Retro (FP16SSR3B) in a few different aspects. This Stealth features TCT Thermo Composite material while the Retro features IMX Composite material (TCT Thermo Composite is regarded as the highest performing composite produced by Easton). As well, this new Stealth features Flex technology (more performance and better feel) and 15% more barrel compression on it to allow for hot out of the wrapper performance.

Based on her height and weight, its suggested that she uses a 32" bat. The Easton Sealth Flex -10 Fastpitch softball Bat (FP17SF10) is a great bat. t does not require a break in period and is a two piece composite bat. That allows for vibration reduction as well as flex.

Both offer a well balanced swing weight, and a two piece fully composite design. Both are great options made by well established companies, so it would just come down to personal preference.

I think a drop 10 (like this bat) would be a good fit for your player but if it feels too heavy, you might consider checking out a 32"/21 oz., drop 11 bat.

The 2017 Easton Stealth Flex -10 Fastpitch Softball Bat: FP17SF10 is going to provide you an additional ounce per length. These -10 and -11 numbers are known as the "drop" weight. The drop weight is determined by subtracting the length by the weight. Therefore if you have a 30" -10 bat, it will always weigh 20oz. The benefit the -10 2017 Stealth Flex has over the -11 is a slight increase in durability because of the additional weight.
