The 2013 Nike Aero M1 BBCOR: BT0634 and the 2013 Nike Aero Fuse BBCOR: BT0652 will be similar in performance. However, the M1 will be stiffer than the Aero Fuse since it is a one piece bat. The Aero Fuse will provide more flex.

The Nike Aero M1 is definitely a great bat. The main difference in my eyes is that the M1 has a slightly lighter swing weight compared to the Prototype. If improving swing speed is a point of emphasis, then the M1 would be a good option. If you're satisfied with his swing speed and want maximum performance, the Prototype would be my recommendation.
