sfbball
Pros: This is the first time i have hit with any two-piece bat ( i am 12 4 foot 11 1/2 and 90 pounds). I had been using a 30/18 demarini vx2 (2012) but outgrew it and wanted to try the new and special Power Brigade. after much debate and considering the voodoo, vexxum, xl2, s1, convert, reflex, and s3, we decided on the s2. Although i am still getting used to hitting with a 31" bat it is very easy to get around and perfect for a 2 strike contact hitter. i feel no vibration when i hit and have hit some rockets to the gaps. Takes no time to break-in and is great for any batter in the line-up. I hope this bat lasts forever because it is AWESOME!!!!!
Cons: It no longer feels the same to hit with a one-piece bat and the barrel is shorter than the s1. the composite handle is way too long in my opinion. You need a practice bat for the batting cages because the rubber dimpled balls make your bat dent, scratch, smear, and overall shorten your bats durablility. The pros out number the cons??
sfbball
Pros: grip is also perfect
Cons: such a pretty bat i almost dont want to use it!!!!!( except that it helps me drop bombs)??hehehe

Pros: Nice color.
Cons: I got this bat in 32" 19 oz. and I hate it. It's way too light and I knocked paint off of it the first day I had it. It's awful.
s2 mike player
Pros: great pop and feeling i hit a bomb off the wall 1st pitch. easy to break in.
Cons: dents easily. mine and another kids dented
awesome pop gh coach
Pros: bought the s2 28/15 for my 7yrold son 52' 66lbs.was using the 27/14 reflex. the s2 feels almost as light as the reflex but way more pop. built with some materials as the xl2 just smaller sweetspot.
Cons: none yet
Durability issues Shooter parent
Pros: Myself and another coach bought a pair of these bats. Good pop but didn't last long.
Cons: His broke clean at the handle after our 3rd BP session and my sons developed a rattle in the barrel soon after that. Easton did us right on both cases and replaced the bats. The replacement bats have been great so far.
Sup
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
The BAT David Smith player
Pros: Today I got this bat and went 3 for 3 in my game. I got 1 double and two singles. This bat has ok pop, it is good for line drives. Their is no vibration. It has a pretty big sweet spot and I guarantee will you like this bat.
Cons: Great bat
Awesome Bomber player
Pros: I play in little and I hit over 33 homers with this little guy the last season, which is fifteen games long. I am only 5 foot 5 inches and 125 lbs and I used a 32 inch.
Cons: Nothing
Best bat I've ever owned The slugger 24 player
Pros: This bat has a ton off pop and nice balanced weight to it! I play on a 12 u team that travels a lot and I am 5"6 and 130 pounds and it is a better bat for me then the xl series. I had a tournament and went 11/12 with this bat and had more doubles than singles. I hit a 280 foot boom and a 305 foot boom in the same game with this bat. Overall this bat shouldn't disappoint you and will stay in good condition for a really long time
Cons: it may be a little for some players
Awesome anthony player
Pros: amazing
Cons: small barrel
AWESOME fjjhhfhh player
Pros: awesome bat hit 1921 homeruns in 600 games with this bat
Cons: short barrel thats it

Pros: has great pop and the vibration is great
Cons: my son doesn't like the -13 because the has to order the 32 inch bat
Dad John parent
Pros: Great bat for my 9 yr old. No vibration, good pop. He said it is best feeling bat he has got.
Cons: The paint started chipping immediately. It looks like it has been used 2 years instead of 2 months. I expected more from Easton.
Amazing!!!!!!!!!! Money ball player
Pros: Great bat hit the ball hard then you will love the sound your power will immediately be better
Cons: None
Very Disappointed Robert parent
Pros: Light
Cons: My first S2 of the season broke at the handle, I returned it and the second one broke in the exact same spot. Two bats broke in one season for my 10 year old Little League player.

My 11 year old son is 4'7 and 63 lbs. He is a contact hitter with quick hands. He doesn't know if he should get the S1 or S2 and if he should get the recommended 29" or get the 30" so he won't grow out of it for next season. What would you suggest? Diane

Do half-and-half bats have a longer sweet spot than a full composite bat (trading off a little bit of power)? If so, would that make an S2 better than an S1 for contact hitters? Alex
11 year old son has used a Convert 29/17 the last 1.5 years. He is around 4'11 and 92 lbs. Has good control of the bat/hand eye coordination and looking at the 31" S2 even though the 30" is recommended. Even choking up a little bit is 31 too long? Thanks. Eric

My son used to use a 30" -12 bat and liked it. He is 12 yrs old, 61" tall, and 100 lbs. I'm thinking he should be using a 31" or a 32" bat now. I am unsure of what weight he should be using. What weight bat would you recommended? Should He stick with a -12 as well? Mick

My son is 10 years old and is 51" tall and 51 lbs. He nearly always makes contact with the ball, but doesn't have a lot of power and mostly hits it towards first base. He did great with the Easton Reflex LX73 Youth 29" 16 oz., but broke it at batting practice today. Would this bat be a good replacement for him? Digger
My son is 11 years old, his height is 5'1", and he weighs 90lbs. I brought home the Easton S2 in a 30" 20 oz. Is this the right size for him? He felt like the 31 inch was too long, but seeing the sizing guide maybe that is the better choice. npbloom

My son is 10 and smaller for his age. He currently uses a big barrel 29" -10. I am stuck on Easton. He hits to the right side 90% of the time. Should I go with a drop as much as -13 to increase bat speed? Gander

I am looking at getting the bat pack combo (S2&S3)for my 9 year old son. He is 60 lbs and 52" tall. I want a bat that will grow with him. What size do you think? I like the 30" 17 oz. or 31" 18 oz. He currently uses a 30" 19 oz. skinnys dad
My son is 8 and half but playing with 9 and 10 year olds in Minor AAA fall ball because he is 52" tall and 70+ pounds. He is currently swinging a 29" Easton Reflex (-12?). He gets it around fine but he complains of bat sting and it doesn't seem to have a lot of pop. He is primarily a contact hitter but is starting to show some power in batting practice. I am looking at the S2 in the 30" 17 oz. size. Is this too big for him given his age? I would hate to spend the money on a high end bat that he will outgrow by spring. Thanks. KD
