I was very pleased with the delivery process. I ordered close to Christmas and in order to get my son's bat in time, I chose the 3 day for $9.95. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the bat a day earlier than anticipated.

The bat search feature (drop, weight) is great--don't see any other site that does it.........and that is the first thing that matters, before manufacturer, etc. Very, very helpful.

Your staff was great. I ordered a Easton Stealth for my daughter and it arrived damaged. I called your customer service department, they not only made arrangements to pick up the bat but they sent a replacement priority over-night so my daughter would have the bat in time for her tournament the next day. You made a 13 year old girl very happy. Thanks

My son cracked his old bat at a game on a Monday evening. His next game was Thursday. We could have purchased locally but they did not have a bat in the length/weight ratio that works best for him for a price we could afford and we didn't want to settle just for the sake of purchasing a bat. I went searching online and found Justbats.com. Compared to any of the other online sites we saw the selection and the prices couldn't be beat. I read dozens of reviews and one thing that stood out was how good the shipping was. I figured we'd risk it and order. What we wound up with was a great bat at the right price delivered on time. What more need I say. We're very happy with our purchase and will be doing business with you more in the future I'm sure.
