Marucci Pro Cut Maple Wood Bat: MCMBBCULL Black Adult |
Average Customer Review
Bat has no visual blemishes what so ever. I have swung Marucci for a couple years now and was excited to see I don't have to spend the $110 a normal Marucci costs. Great pop, and durability. Visually no cosmetic errors. All in all a great bat at a great price!
None so far...I will update the reviews if I find any
I had trouble finding what made them blem bats. 3 players on my team use them including me and only 1 has been broken to this point in an over 18 league where some pitchers throw upwards of 90 mph. I have been jammed a few times and have not broken one yet.
You cant choose the model you want but that is something you know ahead of time
bats are amazing they dont say blem no nicks or scratches there perfect i got three seperate models the vernon wells chase utley and the albert pujoles bats alllll three? holy cow great price too
none at all the worst thing is that the logo on one is wrinkled but you can flaten it out easy
Well made. End weighted with nice pop.
You don't know what you are getting. It could be a cosmetic blemish, or it could be a major wood flaw like mine. I got a 33.5 inch bat that weighed 33 oz. That is a drop of -0.5. Good practice bat, but not what I envisioned when I ordered it.
I was extremely skeptical about purchasing this bat pack, especially because I'm extremely picky about my bats. When I received my bats, I was shocked out how "normal" they seemed. The only blemish I could find was a few patches of paint on the handle that seemed to be rough. Hardly noticeable, especially since I tape my handle. Aside from those small, hardly noticeable blemishes, the bats seems high quality.
You cannot pick your models, which for me is a big deal. I have a specific model I like, that I've used for years. The other con is the fact that you never know why type of blemish your bat may have.
Marucci blem bats appear to be a good value because of the lower price.
Marruci blem bat that was purchased appears not to be the same grade of wood as the normal Marruci bats. The completely snapped in half at the handle after a solid hit. Inspection of the wood revealed that the wood was brittle and not good quality wood. Received a replacement and will assess how durable this bat is. These bats are the finest made, however I question the quality of these bats.
Great looking bat - weight and balance is good
Broke after 6 swings. BEWARE as you are purchasing a BLEM and yes we understand this is a wood bat. Have had other wood bats used for BP and after 2 years still using. Thought the Marucci would hold up a little better.
