The Mystique is made from Easton's durable, performance-enhancing 7050 Aircraft Alloy. This alloy has been praised for years as the best inexpensive alternative to composite. The Mystique features a balanced swing weight to keep players in control and improve bat speed. It also comes in a bottle bat design that helps players gather the momentum they need for maximum swing speed. The Mystique has a thin 29/32 inch handle that is wrapped with a cushioned grip to give players fantastic comfort and control when they step up to the plate. Another great feature about the Mystique is that the barrel lengths increase with the length of the bat. This allows for the longest possible sweet spot for each respective size! Pros: Good Price Good Drop Good Alloy Material Essentialy the same as the Atmos at a more reasonable cost.

Cons: None (other than the league my daughter plays only allows aluminum single wall, single piece bat designs, which this is...)

Pros: I LOVE THIS BAT SUCH A GOOD BAT BEST BAT I HAVE EVER HAD SHOULD BE MORE EXPENSIVE!!! great sweet spot and has a lot of pop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Pros: Really good bat. I play for a club league and it works great. Awesome sweet spot. One of the best bat purchases and definetly one of the cheapest. Although mine was 50 dollars at academy.

Cons: None to really complain about. But when its cold the bat does tense up. It kinda hurts your rists a lil bit.

What is the major difference between this and the Cyclone? Considering this bat and the Damrini Cat Osterman would you have an opinion as to which is the better bat? Jerry

The 2012 Easton Mystique uses a slightly better quality of alloy than the DeMarini Cat Osterman or the Easton Cyclone. All three will be balanced weight and will perform similar to each other. The 2012 Easton Mystique will be the lightest of all three bats.

To be honest, there is no real difference besides the length and weight options, the paint job, and the name. Both are one piece bats made from the same alloy and both are evenly balanced.

The 2012 Easton Mystique features the USSSA 1.20 BPF stamp and the ASA stamp making it legal for play in 2013.
