Is his bat approved beyond 2012? I want to make sure that if I purchase I can use in 2013.

The RIP-IT Elite Light will be legal until September 1, 2013. After that date, the new USSSA stamp is required.

It says here that there's a 30 day warranty on this bat, is that with you or the manufacturer?

The RIP-IT Elite Light: REFP3 Fastpitch bat comes with a 30 Day Performance Guarantee from RIP-IT. To learn more information about this guarantee, you may visit RIP-IT's website at http://www.ripitsportinggoods.com/love-it/ If something goes wrong with this bat outside of the first thirty days, the bat also comes with a full twelve month manufacturer's warranty. Primarily all warranty issues go through the manufacturer.
