How does this bat stack up against some of the more expensive models? I am looking at the Worth GX4 Prodigy but this price point is better for me.

The Louisville Slugger TPX Warrior Senior League Baseball Bat (SL12W) will be similar in design to the Worth Prodigy Legit GX4 Senior League Baseball Bat (SLPL10) and should perform similarly in general. The GX4 may have a bit more durability but it would be a minimal difference.

I am 12 years old. I am 4'11", and 95 pounds. What size bat do you recommend?

Based on your approximate height and weight, I would suggest a 30". However we are currently sold out of a 30" in the Louisville Slugger TPX Warrior: (SL12W). If you would like to try a 31" we do have this size available, and this could also work well for your size.

Is the 31" 22 oz too small for a 13 year old player?

The Louisville Slugger TPX Warrior (SL12W) is probably too small for a 13 year old. We would recommend going with a -8 or a -5 to help transition to the BBCOR -3 bats he will have to swing in high school.
