Is this bat good for cold weather usage....

Bamboo and Maple are two of the strongest woods out there. They will hold up better than other woods in colder weather.

Being that this is a wood bat it would be a better option for cold weather compared to other materials such as Composite bats. With wood bats you are not going to have to worry about temperature and things to that nature.

hello, what is the diameter of the top meaty part of the bat. need to know the full circumference for my league.

The diameter of the meaty part of the bat is 2.21. This is a wooden bat, so it could change just slightly on certain bats.
