Does this bat really dent a lot?
Looking at some of the reviews, there seems to be a few comments about that. Keep in mind that it has a warranty and the Anderson Ignite XS BBCOR: IXS Adult has a lot of great reviews as well.
I had got the Ignite long ago and the end of my bat was black. Why is the end cap now clear in a way?
This is the style end cap Anderson has been using for quite some time now. The Anderson Ignite XS BBCOR: IXS Adult is topped off with Anderson's TrueFlex End Cap that is designed to increase barrel strength and aid in vibration management.
What are the differences between the 2012 and the 2013 Ignite?
There has only been one version of the Anderson Ignite Adult bat. No changes have been made in the production process or with the construction of the Anderson Ignite XS BBCOR bat.
In a 3 way comparison, for a power hitter, what is a better choice, the Anderson Ignite, Rawlings Plasma, or the Louisville Slugger Omaha?
All of these bats are just about the same. Each one of them is a one piece alloy bat. With that being said, they will all perform similarly. All three of these bats are pretty balanced and are great options for a power hitter. You can't really go wrong with any of these bats!
How does Anderson Ignite compare (which better) to Rawlings Velo 5150? Besides Both being one piece.
The Ignite is slightly end loaded and the Rawlings is balanced. If the player is stronger, the Ignite would be an excellent choice.
Does a rattle or looseness in the bat affect the pop? and why does it do that?
If a bat has a rattle then some of the material inside the barrel has come loose. This does not affect the performance of the bat and is simply just an annoying sound.
My son is going into highschool next year. I bought him this bat for Christmas. Should he start using the bat now to get use to it or stay with composite ? Will be hit better if we don't go with this bat yet ? He is 5'5 and weighs 143 lbs.
These bats are at their maximum performance level right out of the wrapper, so you could think about how long you want this bat to last. But of course you do want to allow some time to get him used to hitting with a different bat.
I am in 7th grade and next year will be forced to use a -3 BBCOR bat for middle school. I am 5'1 and weigh 95 pounds. I have a short, compact swing. I am looking for something with great balance, but I would prefer if it was made in America. I was also looking at the Omaha and the Easton S3. Out of the Ignite, Omaha, and the Easton s3 which would you recommend for me.
All three of those models are great options. It really would come down to personal preference.
How does this bat hit compared to the Anderson KXR senior league -8 bat?
Well there is a huge difference. The Ignite is an adult bat with a -3 drop weight. The Anderson is a -8. so you are talking a 5 ounce difference. It depends on the batter, which one would be better for him.
I am a highschool freshman about 6'8" and 130lbs. I want a good one pieced bat with good pop but similar feel to a wood bat. Would this bat be good? I have never used an Anderson so does this bat have good pop and power?
Yes, this bat has a very nice sweet spot, and great pop!
What is the best power hitter bbcor bat, our son hit the cycle as a HS freshman.
This bat has very good POP, and will be a very good bat for a power hitter. This is one of the best BBCOR bats
Do you know when the nanotek bbcor is coming out?
At the moment, we do not have an expected delivery date. Keep an eye on the website, they will be posted once they arrive.
We have the original best nanotek bat....is the ignite bbcor the upgrade?....will you also carry the nanotek xs composite model?...
The Ignite is a very nice one piece all metal alloy bat. It is also a single wall for tremendous pop.
How does this bat compare with the Verdero 718 Max?
The IXS will have more of a balanced feel where the 718 Max will feel slightly end-loaded. The knob on the IXS is a little smaller than the flared knob on the 718 Max. Both are good performing alloy bats and based on intitial feedback, both are on the same level in terms of performance and durability.
The BESR certified andersons claimed their bats had no break in period, and never loses pop. is that the same with the BBCOR anderson ignite?
The Ignite doesn't require a break in period and will perform similar to the BESR bat.
I am trying to decide between the Anderson Ignite and the Easton XL3. Which bat has more pop? Which bat is better overall?
The Ignite is a 1 piece all metal alloy, that has a low MOI so it swings light. Great pop right out of the box. The XL3 is a 1 piece, nice trampoline, good pop, all alloy bat with a low MOI also.
They are both one piece alloy and are going to have great pop. The XL3 is going to be more endloaded than the Ignite and a slightly bigger barrel.
where can i find that in -5
At the moment, we do not have this in a -5. We have the adult BBCOR -3, the youth big barrels in -10 and -8, and the youth 2 1/4 barrel in a -11.
Is the anderson ignite a better bat for power hitters or contact hitters?
Because it is a one piece alloy with the lower MOI, it could actually work well for both. The lighter swing weight gives them a little more power, and the huge sweetspot helps contact hitters.
i like to hit the ball in the gaps witch do u think is better for me the ignite or nike m1
That is a personal preference. Both are constructed from high quality alloy and have a one piece design which creates a stiffer bat.
im dont hit alot of homers i like to hit the ball in the gaps wich is better for me nike m1 or anderson ignite ?
Both the Ignite and M1 are stiff one-piece bats that are typically preferred by power hitters. The Nike MC2 is a two-piece bat that may be better suited for a contact or gap hitter like yourself.
Truely which bat would be better for someone who is a strong contact hitter this Anderson Ignite XS) or the Easton XL2?
The Ignite is a bat designed more for contact hitters. The Ignite is a one piece 100% alloy bat. A two piece is designed more for power hitters.
