The 2014 Easton S400: YB14S400 Youth features a balanced swing weight that would be similar to the Reflex model he is currently swinging. Based on his height and weight, the 27" model would be our recommendation.

The Rawlings VELO: (SLVEL5) Senior League is going to be a one-piece design with 5150 alloy which will increase the trampoline effect and pop off of the bat. The sweet spot will be very defined and powerful using this type of material. The 2014 Easton S400: (YB14S400) Youth will also have a solid sweet spot, but will use 7056 aircraft alloy which will help provide a faster swing speed rather than create a larger sweet spot.
