Dear Customer Service, I recently ordered a bat online and a few days later received the wrong size bat. I called your customer service number later that night to notify you. The person who answered the phone checked and found the bat that was picked, it was one letter off. He apologized and said the correct one would be shipped and the other picked up by UPS. My son was anxious for his bat to come and I told him it may be here before his weekend practice. To my surprise you sent it overnight. I just wanted to say thank you so much! There aren’t many companies these days that are so friendly and easy to deal with. Your customer service is exemplary.
