I ordered a bat with 2nd day shipping. I realized that I had selected the incorrect weight for the bat. I called, the customer service person I spoke with was courteous, responsive and was able to make the change to my order even though it had already been pulled and was ready to ship. She even was good enough to joke with me as I was pretty stressed. The order arrived on time and I wasn't overcharged and a new confirmation arrived immediately via email.
