The link to our order status was great as it allowed us to track our order all the way up to delivery. It was delivered around the estimated time. The selling point for us was the free shipping even to us out here in Hawaii. JustBats price was slightly higher than another website but they charged for shipping which made your bats overall less costly. Our son is very pleased with the bat and arrived in great condition.
