I feel that all to often, customer service doesn't care about the customer, and knows nothing of service. I don't know who's responsible for training the staff and Justbats, but I wish every business that I came across would treat their customers the way you guys do. You guys are courteous, efficient and make dealing with yoru company a pleasure. Thanks again, and I'm sure we'll do business together again soon.
