Just Bats' order and delivery process well exceeded my expectations. I ordered from Just Bats because of the product price and because of the free delivery within 5 business days. I ordered the bats from Just Bats on May 13, 2009 at 1:50 PM. I got the Just Bats order confirmation e-mail from orders@justbats.com on May 13, 2009 at 1:51 PM. With the order confirmation e-mail, there was an order status link to show the progress of the order and billing information. I got the Just Bats order shipping confirmation e-mail from support@justbats.com on May 13, 2009 at 9:33 PM. With the order shipping confirmation e-mail, there was a package tracking status link to show the progress of the shipped order. The bats were delivered on May 15, 2009 at 9:24 AM, 3 business days before expected date of delivery.
