We had some issues with the manufacturer, but you guys stepped up to the plate to make sure your customer was satisfied, even though the problem was not yours. This is why we will always recommend JustBats.com to all our baseball friends when they are looking for a bat. We have always been very satisfied with your service and expertise. You are open on weekends and every time we've called at hours we thought you'd be closed, and have always had a friendly and patient person to talk to on the other end, when we had questions or uncertainty. Prices are unbeatable, but I'd still pay more, just for your service!
