I was called on a Saturday, hours after I had ordered two bats. They called to tell me that the one bat was not in stock. I thought that was great to get a call on a Saturday, and give me a heads up so I may be able to get the bat somewhere else. I ended up waiting until it was in stock and ordering it with you, because of the price and the good customer service.
