We ordered the wrong size bat online. When we called to remedy our mistake 45 minutes later, we were told that it was too late. The order had already been processed. We were to wait to receive the size bat we didn't want and ship it back. Customer service called us back at home again and said they had fixed the transaction and were sending the bat in the size we needed. We appreciated their perseverance in the situation. Sometimes consumers feel as though 'service' doesn't really exist anymore, but your customer service proved that it does. Thank you.
