The bat is awesome. 17 yr. old son using it all the time. The first one lasted for basically the whole summer. My son loves the matted finish.

Maple wood.
Cons:
I received a first bat that was 32 1/2 inches instead of 33", and weighted almost 33 oz. I returned that bat and received one that was 32 3/4" and had 2 cleat dents. The box to return the defective bat cost me $9 at UPS. I'll buy next bats from more serious seller.

Is this bat allowed for high school baseball? If not can you tell me any other options for high school baseball?

The Rawlings Adirondack Pro Maple Wood Bat is legal for high school and collegiate level play. As long as a bat is made from one piece of solid wood (like this one) it is not required to have the BBCOR stamp and is legal for play.
