Pros:

handle is slick just needs tape or pine tar

Pros:
almost impossible to break nice sized sweet spot good pop

Cons:
if you hit it on the barrel then it doesnt hurt if you get jammed its not bad but obviously you can feel it

hi, i was wondering i this bat would be better than a metal bbcor bat. i heard bamboo is very very durable. I'm a freshman and i need a bat that is very dependable on the field. What is the best wood bat and what is the best bbcor bat?

The performance if hit on the sweet spot should be very similar in either case, but the big difference will come in durability and forgiveness. A metal bat will not break or break down as quickly as even a composite wood bat. Also, balls hit above or below the sweet spot on a metal bat still have a better chance of resulting in a base hit and not stinging your hands

My son has a MZB271 that has BESR certified stamped on it. I am told this year they have to have BBCOR on them. I notice all of tour Mizuno bats have BESR stamped on them. I know these are the same bats. If we buy any bats for him to use i high school play they must have BBCOR on them. Do you sell these bats with the BBCOR stamp?

All wood bats are automatically BBCOR certified. The only bats that require the marking are metal bats.
