The actual BPF on this bat is 1.21. Is it still a legal Senior Softball bat?

Yes, for most Senior Softball league there is not a restriction for BPF rating. This is why Senior League bats can have a rating over 1.20. I would check directly with your league official first to see if your league follows typical senior softball leagues.

If your looking strictly at Senior Softball bats, the Ultra II is going to have the most pop off the bat. After the Miken, I would have to recommend the 2013 Worth 454 Senior Softball bat.
