I like the prices & selection, plus I don't pay extra and each time the bat has arrived the next day (in Joplin MO). When I've talked to the folks on the phone, they've been very pleasant and helpful. The next to last time, when I ordered a h.s. bat for my son, the guy on the phone was great and very helpful.
