Pros:
Great...To the people who questioned the durability of the bat, the bat's durability is fine. This is a wooden bat so if you get jammed it will break. So it's not the company's fault if you're getting jammed.

Pros:
I got this wood bat anticipating everything. I was hoping it would drop bombs and it did. first actual game i played in i hit a rbi triple! i hit like 3 balls off the handle and nothing happened. i will definetley use marucci blem bats again.

Is this bat for contact or power hitters?

The Marucci Pro Cut Maple Wood Bat: MCMBBCULL Black Adult bat is available in several different turn models. Some are geared towards contact hitters and others are geared towards power hitters. Being a solid maple wood, it will lean a little towards power hitters.

Adult wood bats, like the Marucci Pro Cut Maple Wood Bat: MCMBBCULL Black Adult, are considered BBCOR standard by default. Because these bats have minor cosmetic blemishes, some of their markings may not be correct or legible and an umpire may not allow them to be used in game. These would be better used as practice bats.

The Marucci Pro Cut Maple Wood Bat: MCMBBCULL Black Adult will be black. It will be the length you choose. But, the turn model may be any turn style from Marucci. You may receive a thicker handle or skinny handle, or a bigger barrel diameter.

This selection process ensures the highest possible grade of wood for each bat. Due to this state of the art selection process, certain bats do not make the cut. For the first time Marucci is offering BLEM bats that did not meet their standards for any number of reasons during production. Marucci Blem bats can contain any mistake that Marucci made during the production process. This can range from Tiger Stripping in the wood, uneven grain, light/heavy billets, and many other minor cosmetic flaws in the wood. The performance of the bat is not compromised, however, due to their status as BLEM bats, no warranty is offered on these models. These bats are recommended for batting practice and cage hitting, but can be used in games with the hitter's understanding of the BLEM qualification and no warranty policy.
