What is difference between the Easton S300 and S400?
The difference is the length to weight ratio. The S400 has a -12.5 length to weight ratio, so it's a half ounce lighter than the 2014 Easton S300 Youth Baseball Bat (YB14S300) in the same length. Both bats are balanced and made from 7046 Aircraft Alloy.
Why was this bat discontinued?
Easton may have discontinued the 2014 Easton S300 (YB14S300 Youth) due to creating a new 2015 year model. They are not released yet and we have no information on new 2015 bats at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
