Every DeMarini Demo bat that I have seen is stamped "Not for Retail Sale." How can Just Bats sell the demos? Will that be a problem for me?

The DeMarini Vexxum BBCOR: DXVNC Adult can't be sold as a new bat if it has been used. If the bat has been used,it can be sold, but not with a full manufacturer's warranty. This model comes with a two week warranty through JustBats. DeMarini would not honor a warranty, since it was not purchased as a new bat.

Whats the difference between a demo bat and an actual bat?

Demo bats are used bats and do not come with a warranty. New bats are brand new, unused, and are covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Demo bats have been lightly used. Demo bats do not come with a warranty. If you are not satisfied with the bat once you receive it, then you can return the bat within two weeks for a refund.
