Pros:
Thisis a great training bat. After using it for some time it started to seem lighter, and improved my batspeed.
Cons:
This is a great bat, but some say the weight is unevenly distributed, as in its heavier towards the end of the barrell. But order it and you be the judge

I would stick to real baseball usage for the D-BAT The 'Log' Training Bat: LOG Training Bat. This is a great tool for tee work and soft toss to improve your overall bat speed. It is a +3 made from Hard Rock Sugar Maple.
