Pros:
Thisis a great training bat. After using it for some time it started to seem lighter, and improved my batspeed.
Cons:
This is a great bat, but some say the weight is unevenly distributed, as in its heavier towards the end of the barrell. But order it and you be the judge

This training bat is made from Hard Rock Sugar Maple and is used to aid in the strengthening of the hands, wrists, and forearms of amateur and pro hitters alike.
