My league says new rules for 2013 USSSA approved bats must have the thumb print on handle. Does this bat have this 2013 thumb print?

We play with wood bats. I would like to know if this is a wood bat?
The COMbat JM26Wood Balanced bat is a composite wood bat. Found in the wood is Blended Fiber Technology, where Arimid fibers ( found in bullet proof vests ) is combined with carbon and glass fibers in varying proportions and precise angles to get more trampoline effect and absorb vibrations resulting in more energy transfer to the ball and greater distance.
Will there be a 2013 approved version of this bat?
Unfortunately, it does not appear as if Combat will be releasing a new model of the COMbat JM26Wood Balanced: JM26WDSP1 Slow Pitch bat with the new USSSA BPF stamp.

I want to thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience. Let me just say that I took my son to three large sporting good chains to look for a new bat for his travel ball team over Labor Day weekend, and many of these stores had the top of the line bats for 2007 at clearance prices along with additional sales for the holiday. My son was very anxious to get a bat and did not care about the cost let alone did not want to have to drive to another store to check out any more prices. I came home and searched online for our bat, the 2007 Catalyst. Let me tell you that your online store was roughly $100 less than any large sporting good chain’s sale price, as well as most online prices. My son was quite concerned that I made the choice to purchase the bat online because he thought he would have to wait forever. I did not even pay for expedited shipping. I ordered the bat on a Sunday (Labor Day weekend) and received it on the following Friday. That is AMAZING, especially when the free shipping is suppose to take 5 days and we had a holiday on Monday. We even live in southern California which is not super close to your facility. The box came, the bat was perfect and my son was ecstatic. Thank you for such great quality service at such awesome prices with free shipping. I also like that your free shipping is not a 3 week process.
