Does this bat have a warranty of any type? How does bamboo compare to ash or maple in youth bats?

The Brett Bros. Bamboo Dragon Wood Bat does not come with a manufacture's warranty. Bamboo is one of the strongest materials, but also one of the heaviest. Ash bats are going to feel the lightest.

My son purchased this bat on 9/12/11. On 10/11/11 he was in a tournament and it broke while he was batting. Do you have a refund/guarantee policy at all?
