What is the difference between the 2013 CF5 DCCFF and the 2013 CF5 DXCFP? And how do these bats compare to the 2013 CF5 Insane?
The 2013 DeMarini CF5: DXCFP is a balanced -10 bat. The 2013 DeMarini CF5: DXCFF is a balanced -9 bat. The 2013 DeMarini CF5 Insane: DXCFI is an end loaded -10 bat.
When will the 2014 DeMarini bats be coming out?
The 2013 DeMarini CF5: DXCFF Fastpitch bat is comparable to the new 2014 DeMarini CF6: DXCFP which is currently available on our website. Both bats are very balanced, two-piece composite models.
Is there a break in period for this bat?
Yes, I recommend about 150-200 soft toss hits. Give the 2013 DeMarini CF5: DXCFF a one quarter turn rotation with each hit for an even break in.

My daughter is almost 10 years old and is a line-drive hitter and is about to join a travel team. She needs a new bat. What would be better for her, this RIP-IT Prototype F1312, the Easton Mystique or the Mizuno Mirage. Her house league only allows one piece alloy bats
The 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: F1312 Fastpitch uses a higher grade of alloy for better performance and durability.
Why is this bat on closeout already?
The 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: F1312 Fastpitch has been discontinued. They 2014 models are expected to be released in July of 2013.
I'm 12 years old, 115 pounds, 5 feet tall and I'm currently playing on 4 travel softball teams. Based on my description, do you think this would be a good bat for me? I cannot decide between this bat or the 2013 Easton Alpha. Which bat would be best for me?
Both the 2013 RIP-IT Prototype: F1312 Fastpitch and the Easton Alpha Fastpitch bats are very similar. Both are balanced and light swinging. If you are more of a line drive, contact hitter then either bat would work great.
