Description
Never before seen is the Easton Ghost series! As the successor to the Easton MAKO, this fastpitch bat is set to become the next big thing in a long line of legendary Easton softball bats and it is unlike anything you've felt or heard before. With a revolutionary double barrel design, the Ghost combines an inner barrel with the lowest legal compression and a softer, outer barrel for hot out of the wrapper performance. The key to construction is the Xtra Tough Resin Matrix (XTX) composite material that makes up the barrel and the handle for season after season durability. Feel the difference of this two-piece, fully composite softball bat with the all new CONNEXION+ technology that has been redesigned to enhance the overall feel and practically eliminate negative vibration in the hands. To add to the exceptional feel, each Easton Ghost offers a thin 29/32-inch handle that comes pre-wrapped with the new 1.2mm HYPERSKIN Hex grip for unbelievable comfort. Easton: Experience Supernatural Performance!
This model, the Easton Ghost Double Barrel Fastpitch Softball Bat (FP18GH10), features a popular -10 length to weight ratio, a 2 1/4 inch barrel diameter, and it is approved for both ASA and ISF. These two certifications make it legal for high school and NCAA play. Due to the unique construction, the Easton Ghost is NOT legal for play in any USSSA, NSA, or ISA fastpitch leagues. With that in mind, order your Easton Ghost fastpitch softball bat today with free shipping at JustBats.com. Remember, we'll be here for you from click to hit!

Pros: Crazy pop hot out of wrapper crazy sound ball jumps of this bat Easton got it right
Cons: None
Pros: I got to demo this bat as one of my friends dad works for easton, and after using LXT's and Xeno's, I cannot wait to get one of these for myself. the jump off the barrel is super-fast.
Cons: I guess we don't know yet, but I cannot imagine there are many.
Pros: the feel is incredible. no sting. feels like you hit the sweet slot every time.
Cons: nothing so far. maybe pricey.
Pros: My daughter was lucky enough to be 1 of few to have this bat before it came out .She has always been a strong hitter but with this bat she hits farther and the ball comes off the bat with such a sound and pop that the infield better be paying attention.she actually hit it so hard a short stops glove came off her hand and landed behind her.love the bat .my daughter has 2 DeMarini 's she now uses as back up bats.swinging the Ghost is smooth and with little effort the ball is gone.she is batting over .600 going into states
Cons: Perfect bat
Pros: This bat performs great off a tee, but in the game i am not getting nearly as much distance as my LXT. I guess this will be my cage bat from now on since you can't use it in most tournaments anyway since it's not approved for USSSA play!
Cons: Not approved for USSSA. Not a lot of pop when not hitting on a tee.
Pros: Great pop and feel. Easton really takes care of their customer with warranty issues.
Cons: Durability first bat lasted 3 games before outer barrel cracked. Second bat lasted 4 games. Waiting on third bat to arrive. Huge Easton fan, dissapionted in durability of the Ghost.
Pros: ball JUMPS off this bat.
Cons: cracked after 2 1/2 weeks. only got about 11 games (25-30 at bats) with it.
Pros: graphics
Cons: Everything. The bat broke in two weeks. It isn't approved for most tournaments. The sound is gut wrenching...this bat is a marketing ploy. Stick with what works.
Pros: Tons of pop, feels like it is one giant sweet spot. Absolutely no vibration.
Cons: non so far
Pros: good pop
Cons: 3 girls on my team have the same bat and all 3 have crack
Pros: My daughter loves this bat! It has an explosive pop and she hit deep right field her first at bat for 12u fall ball.
Cons: none so far
Pros: 12u player that has never swung an Easton and loves this bat.Glad we went to the Easton demo night.Great pop out of the wrapper, loves the feel of the hit and the grip.
Cons: wishes original grip tape was a bit longer
Pros: great pop when its not broken
Cons: My daughter has broken this bat 3 times in the last 3 months, not very durable. Breaks right at the bottom of the barrel each time, cracks like fiberglass. You will need a backup bat for sure.
Pros: Hot, very hot. Incredible sound
Cons: They're cracking. I know of three that have cracked already.
Pros: great bat, good pop
Cons: doesn't last long. My friend had to keep sending hers back. After a few uses it cracked
Pros: It feels like you hit the sweet spot every time you hit! This bat has amazing pop and i would recommend it to anyone that wants to take there playing to the next level.
Cons: None
Pros: great pop and balanced swing
Cons: thin, short grip tape cracked after 6 weeks
Pros: The Graphics are great
Cons: The cheap grip, you couldn't sell this grip in stores, thin, nothing like Lizard skins, they put no thought into one of the most important parts.
Pros: Great pop and feel
Cons: Team has broken 5 of them within a month of purchasing them. Zero durability. Can't use in USSSA events.
Pros: The bat feels good. That's about it.
Cons: We tested the Ghost -10 against Slugger LXT and Xeno and also against DeMarini CFX and the results weren't even close. We tested on a hittrax machine and the ghost was consistently slower on exit velocity. Girls like the sound and the soft feel but they aren't going to be hitting the ball as well if they use the Ghost. Even the Rawlings Quattro had higher exit velocity. Go to any store that test exit speed and you can see it for yourself.
Pros: She likes the pop from the bat.
Cons: She knocked a big piece of plastic off the end cap during an outfield batting practice (soft toss), which has nearly exposed the middle of the bat. She's only 16 and had it for a month. The handle is a little thin for a 33" bat.
Pros: looks cool
Cons: cracks
Pros: Good looking bat Hot out of the wrapper LOUD! (may or may not like) Every hit feels solid.... No vibration at all or at least my daughter has never experienced any From what I am hearing about the bat it has very little break in time compared to others (200-300 hits). I can not say for sure due to not having the bat very long.
Cons: Even though it is hot out of the wrapper I do not believe the bat is as HOT as her CF9 ( after CF9 had about 2-3K hits on it). It may get hotter but from what I am reading it probably will not. DD has lost around 6 +/- mph on her exist velo. Even though it is a balanced bat it swings heavier than the CF9. This maybe why my daughter lost some exist speed on her hits. (lost bat seed) LOUD! (may or may not like)
Pros: Crazy hot right out of the wrapper.
Cons: Two players on our team got new Ghosts for Christmas. They are both broken...one during tee work, one during front toss.
Pros: bat does have good pop
Cons: This bat is illegal to use in USSSA. Another girl on our team has this bat and she has had to replace 3 times in six months, it cracks.
Pros: Easton has an 12 month replacement policy. Which is good. You may need to use it more than once. The bat is hot out of the wrapper. Well balanced
Cons: We purchased our daughter's bat in September 2017 from a chain store. By October the bat had a crack above the rubber ring where the barrel meets the handle. We received our replacement bat in late October. It too has cracked after a few games (fall season ended in November, games just started in February). She did use the replacement bat all winter in doors with live pitching (no pitching machines). My daughter did not use this bat when it was cold. The first tournament of the season she reverted to her LXT because of fear that her Ghost would crack. She used the Ghost bat again last Friday night when it was 51 degrees, and the second bat has now cracked. We have a replacement in the works. She is a catcher. When she has returned bats to girls after a foul ball, etc. she has noticed more than her fair share of cracked ghost bats.
Pros: Hottest bat I've ever seen out of the package. It is an amazing bat.
Cons: It only lasted two weeks. It was never used in practice, just games. Six games later it is busted to pieces. Going to see how the warranty department handles it before I make a major deal of it. Every company can have a flawed bat leave from time to time.
Pros: Has a great sound and ball seems to really jump off the bat even though I think the CFX had more distance IMO.
Cons: 32 / 22 weighed in at 23.8 ounces, grip is junk, and worst of all cracked in under a month. 4" vertical crack near the bottom of the barrel. Bat was always swung above 60* as we heard cracking was an issue, and it still cracked. If you buy this bat you better have a back up!
Pros: Many people have rave about this bat, I have no doubt that this bat is amazing with the double barrel technology.
Cons: However, for $350.00, I would expect an USSSA approved thumb print!!!!! So it is very simple, if you plan on using it anywhere besides USSSA, this is THE bat for you. Don't buy it if you play USSSA or high school (check your local rules)!
Pros: fantastic sweet spot. .. this bat is hot out of the wrapper
Cons: broke after 1 1/2 games - 4 at bats wrap could be better
Pros: MAJOR POP RIGHT OUT OF THE WRAPPER
Cons: FOR A BIG HITTER,THIS TOOL ISN`T DURABLE AT ALL 60 CUTS IN IT SNAPPED IN HALF
Pros: My daughter has used this bat in two games and and absolutely loves the feel and pop. She has hit a homerun and several to the fence.
Cons: The bat is starting to crack but at least it has a warranty.
Pros: My daughter is a big power hitter and plays showcase ball and HS ball. She bombed a HR first at bat in Tallahasse showcase tournament.
Cons: Cracked the bat about 3 inched down barrell right in sweet spot after 2 weeks. She now in 7 mobths is on her 3rd ghost. Easton warranty good, slow turn arond. make sure you have backup bat. it will break.
Pros: Bat has great pop.
Cons: The barrel was shortened to give more pop so when facing a good pitcher who hits the inside corner you will not be able to get it with the barrel, only the thinner part of the bat. I wouldn't recommend it.
Pros: Incredible pop, great feel and control with thinner handle. I teste the Ghost against the Demarini CFX9 for exit velocity and bat speed using a standard measurement set-up of: Radar gun 15' behind the hitter at a height equal to the Tee height and 30 feet of distance after the Tee. Use the same balls (Sterling, .47 core). only launch angles of 20-25 degrees were counted. The Ghost had a consistent 3-4 mph increase in exit velocity.
Cons: End cap cracked on one of the Ghost
Pros: It looks intimidating thats about it.
Cons: The bat cracked in less than 2 months of use. And lost my reciept so cant replace it. For the price of this the Louisville LXT is far more supreme to this Easton bat in every category. Easton can come up with all the marketing strategies they want. But for powerful hitting and speed they will NEVER compete with Louisville Slugger's Xeno or LXT. We will be sticking with what puts the ball over the fence in the future and that bat is the LXT.
Pros: my daughter has used it in 4 games so far has a really good sound the ball basically jumps off the barrel she says her other bat feels like its dead compared to the ghost
Cons: the grip to me feels like it may tear up quick we shall see ive read in other reveiws the bat cracks easy but we have had no problems and its not utrip approved
Pros: Very Hot
Cons: Bat broke within 28 days. Returned bat to Easton and new bat I received didnt have hologram sticker on bottom part of bat. Which means if it breaks within the next 11 months Im out 350 dollars. Terrible Product.
Pros: hot while it lasts
Cons: for $349, no durability, must be a flaw in design, cracks easy and often.
Pros: very happy with our purchase of this bat has made a diffrence in my daughters on base percentage and confidence
Cons: none so far
Pros: it has great pop off and daughter has hit two homeruns in four games with it.
Cons: the bad busted after the second homerun. now she is without a bat. ans by the time a new one gets to us season will be over. For some people we had to save to by this bat, and bought because our daughter may have a chance at going to college if she can get a scholarship. Now what???? i am very disappointed.
Pros: Looks good, has goos pop right out of the wrapper
Cons: TEAM BOUGHT 2 GHOSTS, BOTH BROKE WITHIN 2 WEEKS. I do not recommend until manufacture modifies design
Pros: My daughter, a freshman in high school says the bat has more pop than her Demarini CF9.
Cons: Cracked after 2 months. This bat has no durability and is not USSSA approved. Place your money elsewhere.
Pros: My daugher recieved the bat in November at her last tournament and loved it. The bat sounds and preforms great.
Cons: my daugher used it in 4 games and didnt use it agin until march when high school ball started. In the first game for high school the rubber ring around the bat broke. I called easton to have it replaces as it was still under warrenty. I had to pay 68.70 to send a almost brand new bat that coust 350.00 back to them. The replacement bat took 10 days to get to us and when it did the hologram sticker was not with it. If the bat breaks again she will not be able to return it. I called and spoke with easton and I was told they will only replace the bat once. Considering that I spent alot of money on this product I would expect it to hold up better.
Pros: Nice Looking...great Pop.
Cons: You will have to keep trading it in through the mail with Easton as it will break over and over. Plus....Easton has one of the worst customer service I've ever seen. Stay AWAY from this bat!
Pros: It is the hottest bat I have ever bought my daughter. Her first at bat with it was a 2 run shot. She proceeded to hit .500 with 3 HR's, 12 Doubles, and 6 Triples with this bat. My daughter is in the 8th grade and plays varsity softball at a 5A high school.
Cons: none
Pros: Graphics
Cons: Lasted 4 weeks before cracking. In the middle of returning and replacing but be ready for 30 plus minute waits to get a hold of customer service. Exhausting. What happened to the time when your brand and customer experience were important.
Pros: This bat is HOT as soon as you get it. My daughter loved it! Easton Warranty is awesome had new bat within a week in a half.
Cons: Only had it for a month and cracked in two places, hope Easton makes them a little more durable for the price. She was the only one to use it, so advice this bat is not a TEAM bat or practice bat only Game Bat!
Pros: Couldn't be more excited the bat arrived in 2 days and the bat looked brand new with only one tiny mark on it. Wasn't sure as it was marked used in good condition but I would say the bat was new with one tiny blemish. couldnt be happier! She has only done soft toss in a bow net but looked like it would fly!
Cons: non yet
Pros: Has a great pop and a nice feel
Cons: I got the bat 2 times the first it broke straight in half the second the cap broke off
Pros: The sound of the bat is amazing. Hot out of the wrapper
Cons: graphics
Pros: Hot right off the wrapper, sounds great
Cons: None yet
Pros: Excellent pop right out of the wrapper

Cons: nothing really, very durable and strong bat.
Pros: Daughter loves this bat so far.
Cons: none yet
Pros: Kid loved it right out of the box. The bat has a tremendous pop immediately, no break in period needed. She loved the sound and feel from the bat.
Cons: Broke after 3 weeks. Only used for practice and tee work. Not what we expected for the amount of money spent. Working on getting replacement with the warranty.
Pros: Bat sounds and hits great.
Cons: My daughter has cracked 2 of them in 16 months. She is 10 years old.
Pros: Great sound Great look Great Feel
Cons: End cap breaks quickly Less pop than sound.
Pros: Great bat my daughter plays college fast pitch loves the pop and the slick design
Cons: The bat does not lasntlong this is h er second bat first one cracked first week she had it got it repkced at no charge and the cracked again right after 1 year wattenty so far this bat is great onky had oy for a month no issue
Pros: Tremendous pop from the 1st swing, quality grips, great balance, cool looking
Cons: Within 9 months cracks in paint started to appear, also a small chip in it. Still had pop. Sent it to Easton within 10 days my daughter had her Ghost replaced with a new one.
Pros: Confidence builder right out of the wrapper. Pop is awesome
Cons: Have not seen Greta review on durability with this bat. But after a month so far. No complaints.
Pros: This bat is hot and ready to go, and this is our 2nd Ghost. The negative durability ratings are interesting. Bats don't live forever, just like hockey sticks, it's an expense of the sport. My daughter gets about 2k+ hits on her bats before they are retired, her first Ghost made it to about 2,500. Time for Ghost 2.
Cons: None.
Pros: My granddaughter loves her new bat it’s hot out of the box and I’m number one grand pop
Cons: None that I have heard
Pros: My daughter loves the feel and performance of this bat.
Cons: Have had 2 Ghost bats in the past 2 years. Both bats cracked within 2 months after the 1 year warranty. Although my daughter loves the Ghost bat, we will be looking for a bat that is more durable. Definitely not worth the cost.
Pros: Fast shipping Product as described
Cons: none
Pros: Doesn’t sting Lightweight
Cons: Haven’t found one yet!
Pros: Has a great sound when contact is made, really pops! Makes a good hitter even better. I highly recommend the Easton Ghost bat
Cons: None so far
