PERFECT FOR ME MACKENZIE player
Pros: 25 oz was the perfect size for me. Typically I have a tough time finding bats that are light enough for me but still give a lot of pop and this one is it.
Cons: none
White Lightning to the hands Brandon G player
Pros: Surprisingly, someone on my team actually got a base hit with it.
Cons: Stingers like crazy! If you enjoy the numbness in your hands after grabbing an electric fence with all of your might then this is the bat for you! Even after you buy the bat, and your entire team realizes that it is terrible, you can't even resell it for fifty-cents on the dollar. My other bat is a 2 year old Bright Green Miken Freak 52. That bat is straight up baller. Avoid.
Hit Stick Aaron player
Pros: Ive been using the 27.5 Helmer so I didn't have to think twice about getting the 28. As soon as I picked it up it felt like a log. It feels heavier than a 28. once I got used to the weight this thing is swinging like a monster. it has a huge sweet spot. and of course with a one piece bat youre going to feel a sting when its not on the sweet spot. some hitters are getting spoiled with these other 2 piece bats (white lightening). a couple of homers and constant line drives to the fence. even the smaller guys are hitting hard liners. so if you get this bat maybe try going an OZ down from what you usually swing. break-in time is very short. probably around 50 cuts.
Cons: feels a little heavy

About the Brand
During the past few years, serious softball players have looked to Miken Sports for bats that provide the highest levels of performance and durability. Our relentless focus on both technology and the demands of players has made Miken the most demanded line of softball bats today.
Although composites are the latest trend in softball bats, the technology has been the core of Miken's success since the company's inception. Miken pioneered the modern high-performance composite softball bat in 1998 and has pushed the limits with every model since. No other bat company has driven innovation as hard, and the results are indisputable. Look around. If a player is serious about softball, they are most likely swinging a Miken bat.
The success of Miken Sports has been driven by two forces - innovation and a passion for delivering what players demand. The results are obvious. Players have decided that composites are the future for bats, and no one does composite like Miken.
