Axe Handle Scientifically Proven Benefits
Better Bat Control - High-speed video reveals a "hammering" motion from the traditional round knob. The Axe handle stabilizes the grip, increasing barrel control.
More Power & Bat Speed - Range of motion is increased and tension is reduced in the hands, resulting in greater power transfer and more bat speed.
Enhanced Comfort - The Axe handle is ergonomically designed to fit naturally in the contour of your hand.
Reduces Injuries - Traditional handles put tremendous pressure on a single point of the hand, which contains the commonly broken Hamate bone. The flush backside of the AXE handle relieves this pressure.

High School Varsity baseball player Craig W. player
Pros: Bat speed and barrel performance is off the charts, and you don't have a better feel of a handle in your hands!
Cons: None really, only the time it took to gain the confidence that a bat could feel this good in your hands.
Big Boy Bat! Matt S player
Pros: I call this bat my secret weapon....however, when I am hitting bombs over the fence, the secret it out. I tried this bat at a demo at a hitting facility recently and loved it. I would have bought it that night, but the facility didn't carry the AXE Bats. I was a little leary about dropping $450 on a bat that didnt say Easton or LS on it, but I loved the way the ball came off this bat. The AXE handle is really comfortable and just felt natural. AXE definitely knows what they are doing right now
Cons: none

Love the Axe handle Ace player
Pros: Before my Dad bought me this bat, I had a 2015 Easton XL1. That bat had tons of pop, but I would have trouble squaring up fast pitchers because it was so end loaded. The Axe Avenge has a comparable amount of pop with the XL1, but I can get it to and through the zone a lot faster because of how balanced. The Axe handle feels great, definitely more comfortable than the classic handle.

About the Brand
Launched by Baden Sports in 2011, the Axe line of bats was hailed as a breakthrough in bat technology by players and coaches from youth leagues to the Pros. The makers of the Axe line of bats often pose the question, "What does your traditional knob do for you?" Most players don't have a good answer. Axe engineers have created a handle that is not only more comfortable and safer in terms of hand injuries, but also helps improve the hitter's swing by keeping them on an even plane. Although Axe is new to the market, they are backed by Baden Sports, Inc., an independent, family-owned company that has been making baseball products since 1979. Their passion to create a better game is unparalleled, making it no surprise that the Axe handle is set to be baseball's next big thing.
