Both of these bats would be good options for both contact and power hitters and we do not know of one being significantly better for power over the other.

The 2017 Adidas Aero Burner BBCOR Baseball Bat: AEROBB and the 2016 Adidas EQT X1 BBCOR Baseball Bat: X1 are two different bats. Both are one-piece alloy bats with balanced swing weights. The two changes that were made with the Aero Burner model is the new BURNER alloy and the streamlined barrel; these two changes should make the Aero Burner have more pop as well as balanced feel when compared to the EQT X1.

(1) Unfortunately, it appears that Adidas may not be making this 2017 Adidas Aero Burner BBCOR Baseball Bat (AEROBB) in the 30"/27 oz size. I say that because the smallest size we are stocking is the 31"/28 oz size (I wouldn't bank on a 30"/27 oz size becoming available). (2) Yes, this Aero Burner is the same design as the Aero Burner's that were used by Miami this past Spring (just slightly different cosmetics if any difference at all).

If you are not satisfied with the bat within those two weeks, you can return it for a refund or exchange, but it would not come with a warranty beyond that.

The 2017 Adidas Aero Burner BBCOR Baseball Bat: AEROBB is not USSSA certified, only BBCOR certified. For leagues changing to the new rules, the bats will need to be USA certified with that marking. As of right now, PONY will allow BBCOR bats, but the other leagues will require the USA marking.
