Pros: This Bat is actually better than last years DC, and that bat flipped softball world on its head with its performance... The finish is like last year Izzy Psycho and that seems to catch ball better than last years DC.. Stiffer feel than last years DC, which gets to that one piece feel that everyone loves with two piece performance that all crave.... The knob is thinner which is bonus for overlap person like myself.

Cons: not and orange fan .. that is only thing I don't like about that bat ..

Pros: This bat has a great feel!!! Paint job grips the ball perfectly making it easier to place the ball. It has pop like no other bat, guys that were hitting 30' short are bow putting the ball over! lets just say we have 5 of the "top" 2015-2016 bats on our team and none are being used other than the miken.

Cons: The one thing that bothers me about this bat is it rattle from epoxie breaking lose from the two piece design...called about it and had a pro look at it both said it is common and if bat was exchanged the next would do the same. Kind of gives you the feeling of "is my $300.00 bat broke?".... other than that graphics are not extremely catch but then again never seen a bat performed based off its looks

Pros: Did a ton of research and it came down to this bad and Freak Black. I have been a Worth bat guy for a few years and love my 2013 Worth Legit 454 Resmondo, I did not think anything could compare. My first swing of this bat was in a game and I hit a triple to the fence I hardly felt the ball on the swing and was super impressed. My Second hit was a deep double that beet the outfield and I followed that with a smoking hot grounder that no one could touch. Cant wait to see how it is after 50-100 hits! Also when umpire inspected the bat he informed it was the hottest bat in softball... he is not wrong.

Hottest bat out right now 14 years player

Pros: This bat is extremely hot out of the wrapper. Im not a for anybody. I am a big Z guy but this bat is ridiculous. Outweighs any other bat right now.

Cons: There is a raddle after the first 50 swings. Made me nervous that it is gonna break soon. Was told that its common.

Pros: By far the best bat on our D1 team! After about 100 balls or 1 batting practice it breaks loose and turns into a HR monster. Has such ridiculously good feel and pop! Even balls that you don't get all of can go out and if you hit a line drive it is a lazer! The best part is the feel of the bat when you swing and the sweet spot!

Pros: this bat is as good as last years dc-41,,,, i've been a z2000 guys for a couple years now and have to say that i think miken has nailed it with their new 2 piece technology starting w/ last years dc-41,,,, this bat has become my gamer over my z2000...

Cons: bat came to me with a rattle already in it from the epoxy... doesn't affect performance, just annoying... wouldn't stop me from buying another one

How does this bat perform with a 40 core ball? Big Country

The 2016 Miken DC-41 SuperMax USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (DEN41U) is USSSA certified which means that it is great with the Classic M (40 core) balls.

My League uses .44 cor 375 comp. balls. How well will this bat perform with them? I'm interested in a 28 oz. DC-41. Thanks. cswingboogey

The 2016 Miken DC-41 SuperMax USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (DEN41U) will be a much better bat versus the .52 cor balls. The .52 cor balls are softer and will come off of this bat better. Also, they will not do as much damage to the bat. The .44 cor balls are harder and may do more damage to the bat at a quicker rate. Some of the older slow pitch bats from 2011 and 2012, like the older Salvo's, and 454 Mutant's, will hit the .44 cor balls better.

Besides the DC41, what other bats would you recommend for the 400 .40 COR balls? I still use old school bats such as the Easton Synergy 2, Worth Mayhem JH (2016), Miken NRG Maxload as well as newer bats - 2014 Legit, 2016 Legit JH, Miken Ultra 750X. Just want your thoughts SuperDave

From our experience, almost any bat can handle .40/400 balls very well. I would go with the bat you like the most that is legal for your league.
