Pros: I can get the bat through the zone a lot quicker than other bats I have used. I like the grip and feel of the bat overall compared to other bats I have used. This bat compares well with other high priced bats and is not priced like the others.

How does this bat compare to the Marucci One 2 3/4"? My son currently swings the Marucci One and we have heard good things about the AIR technology. MV

The 2015 RIP-IT AIR Senior League Baseball Bat (B1510) and the 2014 Marucci ONE Senior League Baseball Bat (MSBX1014-BK) are both one-piece alloy bats. Both bats feature a high-grade alloy as well as a light-weight construction. In terms of performance and durability these bats will be very similar.

Can this bat be used in temperatures below 55 degrees? Quinn

RIP-IT does not recommend using the 2015 RIP-IT AIR Senior League Baseball Bat (B1510) at under 55 degrees. When the temperature is below 55 degrees, baseballs become more dense and are more likely to damage the walls of the bats. However, a lot of times using a bat below 55 degrees cannot be avoided. If this is the case, be sure and limit the use of the bat by not allowing others to use it and maybe even consider using a less expensive wooden bat during practice and pregame.

The 2015 RIP-IT AIR Senior League Baseball Bat (B1510) would compare very similarly to the 2015 Louisville Slugger Omaha 515 Senior League Baseball Bat (SLO5155). They are both balanced, single-piece, alloy bats with good durability. Preference between the two would probably, ultimately, come down to brand preference.
