Description

This one-piece, fully composite design is made from Mizuno's high-end Black Array Carbon Composite material that reduces the break-in time required by the player. This composite material is shaped with a Cylinder Seaming process that eliminates edge inconsistencies between the carbon layers. The result is a bat that provides consistently high performance across the length of the 13" barrel. Its solid one-piece construction prevents unwanted flex that results in lost energy on contact. Each No Doubt model also features a rolled end cap that eliminates the seam traditionally found between the cap and barrel. Would-be "bat doctors" are no longer able to remove the end cap to illegally shave or alter the bat, so the integrity of the game and safety standards can be easily upheld. Mizuno's new Double Wall Technology in the barrel for thinner walls and higher peak performance. The Mizuno No Doubt ASA/USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat: MZNDSP is approved for play in most major slow pitch organizations (ASA, USSSA, NSA, and ISA) and lends its extremely balanced swing weight to improving bat control and increasing swing speeds. This bat is a non-warranty model that lowers the cost while delivering the same performance of high end competitors' models. Mizuno: The Power of Team! Free Shipping!

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Mizuno No Doubt ASA/USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat: MZNDSP? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

What's the difference between this bat and the Mamba ASA? The specs look the same (Barrel Length, Material, Certifications, etc). Chris
The 2015 Mizuno No Doubt ASA/USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (MZNDSP) features a lower MOI, or lighter swing weight, when compared to the Mamba ASA model. Also, this bat has a rolled end cap that cannot be removed by those who would try to illegally alter the bat.
Mac
Between this and the Mamba which bat would perform better with the DeBeer mush balls? scottie softball
Given that they are both double wall designs, the 2015 Mizuno No Doubt ASA/USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (MZNDSP) and the 2015 Mizuno Mamba ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (MZMAMSPA) should both work fairly well for those style of balls. While they are neither one made specifically for that ball, they both have design characteristics that would match well with that style. The Mamba would swing a bit lighter.
Patrick
I play in ASA league and only half composite and half alloy are same. Is this the same thing? chester
This is a full one piece composite. Not half and half.
Damon
How does it compare to the Mizuno Wrath II? Murf
Unfortunately, we do not carry that Wrath II model so I cannot be 100% certain on that. However, it appears that the 13 inch barrel on the 2015 Mizuno No Doubt ASA/USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (MZNDSP) would be about an inch smaller than the 14 inch barrel on the Wrath II. The double wall design of the No Doubt is also slightly different from the Wrath II.
Patrick
Looking for a good single-wall bat to hit ASA .44/375 balls. Do you have any options? Ironman
Since ASA changed their ball rules in 2014 to require use of a .52/300 ball, no ASA bats currently made by any manufacturers will be designed to hit a .44/375 ball. Neither this Mizuno No Doubt ASA/USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (MZNDSP) or any other bat we are currently carry will built for use with the .44/375 ball. Use of the current ASA bats with those balls will feature good performance, but durability that is lacking.
Ben
The No Doubt double wall softball bat got great reviews. The 2018 No Doubt bat is a composite bat, but not a double wall bat. Why was the No Doubt double wall softball bat discontinued? Philbio
Unfortunately we would not know why Mizuno discontinued the Mizuno No Doubt ASA/USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat: MZNDSP.
