The 2015 COMBAT Wanted Senior League Baseball Bat w/ Lizard Skin Grip (WG3SL110) does not need to be broken in. However, a break-in period on any composite bat will benefit the bat in the long run. It would still be a good idea to take about 100-150 swings off a tee first.

Both are two-piece fully composite design bats and feature a balanced swing weight. The COMBAT might require less break-in time than the DeMarini. Really comes down to personal preference and what you are looking to spend as both products would be a great purchase!
